I’ve been here several times and my experience with the staff was A+. The fried shrimp plate was delicious and the portions were large. Loved the coleslaw and the fries were perfect. The fried shrimp Po’boy was good too. With that said, the fried fish and chicken tenders were dry and very disappointing. With the prices on the high side I would expect better. I won’t be ordering those items again. The place was clean and orderly and the service was fast.

I love Doo’s but if you go, take cash. There has been a few instances where I was over charged and the staff knew it but did not inform me. luckily i checked for myself and went and got a refund. that was really disappointing.

I didn’t personally go to to this place, but my bf bought crawfish to-go from here. I gave them 3 stars because of the following: Location: it’s on Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn, so not to sure how convenient it is for those that doesn’t live in the area. Plus, it takes a few minutes from the highway. Food: the crawfish was spicy! But I love my crawfish spicy, so I was extremely pleased with the flavoring. The sauce soaked into the crawfish, so it was good inside and out. Yummy! Price: We got 5 lbs of crawfish for roughly $ 30. Cheap compared to restaurants like Blazin Cajun, but then again, you’re not being served. However, even if you got take out at Blazin Cajun, it would have still costed more than this place. Service: the service was horrible. The staff was extremely rude to my bf when he wanted to order. Ugh! I really like the crawfish too. Overall, great tasting crawfish… Horrible customer service. Not too sure if I would go back, but maybe since I really do like crawfish flavoring.

Ordered 5 pounds of crawfish from here and loved every bit of it! I like my crawfish spicy and they totally hit the spot because the spice is REAL! Lol the crawfish were pretty big in size and the meat was cooked just right! The best place in gwinnett that I’ve found so far! The only thing I would say is is not really a place to sit in and eat with your friends or family unless it’s just a few of you, but I always order to go so I don’t mind lol

Food: 2 stars Service: 1 star Cleanness: 1 star Food quality: Their food has hit and miss. Their gumbo was quite authentic and good, but poboy was totally flavorless. And it comes with fries, but I didn’t feel it was a satisfactory or substantial meal for the price. Service and cleanness: They have no concept of Customer service here. The place is dirty and disorganized. It’s rather very odd and awkward place because front cashier person was eating her lunch on the floor while waiting and ringing customer up. I mean, she was holding a piece of fish with her bare hand and licking on her fingers while she was working. Then takes people’s money with that licked fingers, then go back and place the other in the kitchen! I wonder what else she would touch with her dirty hands. Could be your meal! They have no regulations of cleanness or what so ever there. Their bathroom was super dirty, no toilet paper, and dirty plates and tables were left out dirty even though there were not many customers in the fast food style restaurant. I’m not going back there because someone might get sick eating in the place like that. It would be super lucky for them if they pass Heath department checkups.

A good place to feast on sea creatures. Human beings are just savages. Just kidding. Lol. Oysters, fish fillet, shrimps, crawfish, crab; you can find them all here. Great tasting shrimp po boys and fried shrimps, are my favorite. You can also order tasty side items like, coleslaw, boiled potatoes and corn. Pricing, well its a sea food place, so a bitty pricey but reasonable. Service is wonderful and fast and environment is good. So if you are feeling fishy dive into this small sea food place sometime and you won’t regret it. Carpe Diem with your taste buds people.

This place is horrible if I could give less I would. I’m never going back here the owner and staff are very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t understand something and had asked the person up front and she was very rude. This place is a knock off. There po boys are cold and don’t have enough on them. IDGOTOBOUDREAUXSOFFPRECHTREEINDUSTRIALINDULUTH!!! It’s authentic Cajun and the owners from Louisiana. All US seafood and po boys and loaded to the max!!!

Cheap fish and shrimp the people that work there can’t take a order right. The owner is a rude racist women. And I would never eat in this place again because they can’t even have respect for a customer. I mean if you want to waste your money and have the worst experience in your life please go to this place I promise you you will leave unsatisfied! And I’m pretty sure half of these reviews that have five stars have never had real seafood and are most likely friends of the workers or owner because honestly this place is a waste of time and money! Good lucky if decide to gamble and eat at this place just make sure you have plenty of patience and lots of Tums!

I passed this place so many times and wish I would have visited sooner. I got a low country boil with shrimp, crabs and crawfish. Compared to other places I’m glad the shrimp was big. The girl at the counter was friendly. The banana pudding cake looked really good which I want to try next. But I will be going back soon.

Doos is great, they have a lunch combo for 2 that comes with 2 po boys(either shrimp oyster or fish) fries and a drink! They always have good specials, and you can even buy seafood as a grocery item with food stamps and pay like a dollar for them to cook it for you! Great place!

At one point, i ate crawfish from here FIVE days straight. Im not sure why it took me so damn long to come here. I remember seeing the empty building, the sign coming up, the 1st Unilocal review, 2nd, reading them out to my husband and finally i made it! I was next door at Verizon and i was starving so i asked the lady if the food was good. She said«uh yeah i eat there for lunch all the time». That sold me. Sorry fellow Unilocalers! The Verizon girl sold me! I ordered half a pound of crawfish, 2 blue crabs(i think ¼lbs) and the small shrimp fried rice and that, my friends was how i got sucked in and so did my wallet. I kept going back, again and again. I only ordered the crawfish though. Apparently the shrimp po boy is also very good. Picked up for hubby for dinner one night and it was gone in a minute. Im sorry but Doos is better than crawfish shack on BuHi. And you dont have to wait as long. I really hope they’ll expand their menu to the seafood boils like crawfish shack has. One thing that makes Doos stand out compared to similar seafood restaurants is the seasoning. I’m not sure what it is. I tried to ask the lady at the counter if i could buy it but she either pretended like she didn’t understand me or she outright heard me and said muttered a «no».

Walked in… checked out the menu, went to the register to order since everything looked and smelled good. Girl behind the counter, standing at the register, played on her phone for 5 minutes and finally asked if we wanted to order. I walked out. Sorry her phone was so important and nit her customers.

Decent seafood place I got the fish combo that comes with shrimp fried rice and some gumbo. gumbo was nice with shrimp fried rice. The fish had good amount of batter but it was light and crispy. no hushpuppies included in the combo though. Eating area was 4 tables that could fit 4 people. I may try something else if I come here again

I was on my way to revisit a b.b.q. joint just down the road & out of the corner of my eye saw DS. Why, not really sure but quickly looked it up on the Unilocal app and the car was turned around. Craving Cajun at times find that It has to be made at home to find the right flavors and can take several hours of shopping, making stock and preparing a dish or dishes to get it right. Upon walking in found the place empty besides two guy’s sitting at a table taking photos of some serious damage to some crawfish and crabs. The girls behind the counter greeted all that walked through the doors. I took a few minutes to peruse the menu then ask a few questions. Crawfish, Crabs and Crab legs are offered already seasoned, cooked & offered by the pound. Shrimp and Crawfish Boudin were tempting then spotted the Étouffée Yesss. Two sizes are offered medium(6.99) or large(8.99). This was a nice surprise the color threw me a bit that it was blond & ordered the medium shame on me. In the beginning flavor is there, then chunks of crawfish, keep stirring and you will find rice and shrimp cut into pieces and the tingle starts. It was gone in minutes. Several po boys are available in two sizes half or whole trust me the half is like eating a regular size the whole would probably be good for two people share or one seriously hungry man. Sandwiches will come with all the fixins and fries.

I was craving crawfish and saw that this place has good reviews, so I suggested Doo’s for lunch with the girlfriends. We all got about a pound of crawfish each(currently $ 4.99/pound but you’re also paying for the cost of the styrofoam container they give it to you in. Details, right?). They scoop the crawfish out from under the heat lamp, weigh it, ask if the price is okay and then you pay for it(mine was ~$ 6). I added a bag of Zapp’s potato chips and a fountain drink, so my total ended up being ~$ 10. Not too shabby for lunch, but another $ 4 for chips and a drink? Meh. Prices for the chips, drinks, desserts, and other items in the cooler were not displayed anywhere. That would have been nice. So, what about the crawfish? They were small and some of them were inedible(already dead upon cooking — I don’t eat these, anyway — or still dirty). The spices were pretty good though — flavorful and it had a slow heat that crept up on you. No dipping sauce or lemon was suggested or offered. One pound of just crawfish is likely not to fill you up. We had other foodie places to go to afterwards, so we were okay. The market/restaurant was very quiet. The staff wasn’t friendly nor did they appear to care that there were any customers in the store. Where’s the passion, guys? The other patrons literally ate in silence and left, while we were the only ones talking and laughing. This is pretty much a straight-to-the-point, no-frills eatery, so keep that in mind. There are four booths and two tables with four chairs each available if you’d like to stay and eat there. If you come with a group larger than 4 or 5, it might be difficult to find seating. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going, so all tables except one were occupied the whole time we were there. Parking is in their private lot, which wraps around the whole building. Be mindful that it appears to be one-way, based on the direction of the parking spaces, but there are no signs that indicate so.

This location is directly right across from Kroger and between Pizza hut and 29 package store. The location sits in a former KFC restaurant. The set up is more f a market than restaurant having breading and various seasoning, some frozen fish and fresh shrimp forsale They have ready made steamed or broiled crabs, crab leg’s, shrimp, gumbo crabs and spicy craw-fish for sale at market price, I Know the craw-fish is 4.99 lb. Out side the ready made seafood the have fried chicken, sausages, turkey legs, turkey neck, pigs feet, chiken tenders, fish tenders, egg rolls and gumbo for sale by the piece or pound, They offer seafood combos, My opinion they are bit expensive with there two pieces talipia and fry combo starting 10 dollars. Poboys offerd range in two sized whole and half. Pricing range from 11– 6 dollars depending on size and meat. I only had the fish and shrimp Poboys, Both were pretty good, The service is so so but very egger to offer samples on almost everything they have cooked, Limmitted seating is avalible towards the front of the establishment with tv showing espn

I found my new place to get crawfish at! This restaurant is next to a package store with little parking space. It look little on the outside but pretty roomy inside. There is about 4 booths and 2 table for people to eat in. This place offers Buffett style for lunch and dinner. Also offers cooked crawfish, crab legs, blue crabs, shrimps and uncooked filet fishes. They also offers corn and potatoes on the side(2 for 1 $) for the seafoods. But for this visit I only tried the crawfish. For the crawfish, its $ 4.99 an lb and they were so juicy I loved it! The seasonings were also on point. It was the right spices and not too overpowering. I would deff. Come back to try the other things they are offering. Also, the butters to dip is .50cent each. And they give you free lemons. So go give this place a try!
