They don’t seem to care about the customers’s needs. Went in there with a coworker and they weren’t able to provide any advice on how to troubleshoot their phones they sell there. They only wanted to up sell to a new device. After at least thirty minutes of no answers and constant sales pitch a customer walked in who was able to assist and ultimately fix the issue on the metro pcs android phone.
If you are going to use or purchase metro pcs items I would suggest going to a different location such as the Five Forks Trickum location.
