Ntb-National Tire & Battery

This is our «go to» place for vehicle repairs and maintenance. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable, and the technicians seem to be excellent. They won our heart when we went in for some maintenance, and they told us to wait for about 2K miles then come back. Their recommendation was spot on and saved us some money. They have always been very honest with us, and we even purchased a new car at their facility after they checked it out for us. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Be very wary of this place. Took my car in for a flat repair one night, picked up a road on the way home from work. Waited an hour to have my tire patched, that’s okay I understand it take time. The problem came a few days later when I needed my Rayban sunglasses. Lo and behold they were gone from the sunglass holder in my car. My fault I know for leaving them in the car, but I just want buyer beware, if the guy in the shop will help himself to your belongings how well could he possibly be taking care of your car. The worst part is when I called to make someone aware of the issue in irder to possibly prevent this in the future I got attitude and denial. Fine I get it, you don’t want to believe this happened in your establishment but I have news for you. IT DID! Buyer beware.

My hands were totally clean before I touched the steering wheel after picking my truck up. The muck on my hands was the least of my concerns because when I looked down the muck on my shirt from the filth on my seat belt got me heated. I couldn’t wait to write this review.
Dirt everywhere! My door handle, on the inside. My steering wheel. My seat belt. My dashboard. The floor on the drivers side. You would have thought I had work done on the inside of my truck!
As far as the work that they did on my truck, I’ll have to see about that after I drive for awhile. I should have listened to the buzz in my ear that I got about this place before I went there. When I got there I waited a good while for someone to come out from the back, they never did. I had to drive around to the garage area and still no one in site but a line of cars up on the racks waiting to be serviced. Finally I drove back around to the front, walked in and someone attended to me. Then before I picked it up they called and tried to up-​sell me by another $ 250! No thanks! Definitely getting a second opinion.
I had no idea I was going to have to wash me and my truck down after picking it up. SMH!
