Tried to have dinner here tonight at 11pm. Walked in and there were 4 people at the high top counter (a mother and 3 kids) and 2 people in a booth. Every other booth (5 of them) and the low top counter were dirty. The waitress acted like we were being bothersome by waiting for a table to be cleaned. After she «cleaned» the table. (which I still had to wipe the syrup off of) We ordered our drinks; water, Diet Coke and orange juice. She came back to the table to tell us the Diet Coke was out and that she had to make Orange Juice as if she was asking us to order something else. Enough was enough… we left! They were not busy and not crowded. there was zero excuse for this place being a wreck other than flat out laziness.

It’s rude when u ask if that’s all I want. Stop offering an upgrade to the all star for more food. I have self control, unlike most of the employees.
Twice this waho haw forgotten items I’ve ordered. When I ask for them to be taken off the bill, they’ll respond with, «oh let me get you that». Wouldn’t be asking for it to be taken off the bill if so.
Also, the hostess, sat 2 groups down with dishes still on the table. No no, I’ll wait.
Rude staff! Go down pleasant hill for a mile and eat at the «newer» waho

Never, and I mean NEVER sit someone at a table that you’ve left the previous parties dirty dishes at and tell them someone will be right over to grab them. 6 minutes passed before they were picked up. Never recieved my bacon, and the waitress tried to upsell. If I wanted hash browns and a waffle. I’d order them.

I will have to say this was not the cleanest place but the service and food were good. Seems like the wait staff don’t much care for each other, didn’t work good together. If u need a quick waffle house fix this store will fill your needs.

Not a pleasurable experience. Waitresses may have been high, certainly not interested in waiting on customers. Place was really dirty as we had to scope out five tables before we could find a clean one (by the way they were quite literally empty — so no excuse for this). We ordered, no surprise, waffles. They came quickly. Whoa! Look at the silverware, gray slick all over the forks and knives. Couldn’t get new ones, waitress can’t be found. She never came over to check on us. The manager was present, so it’s not like they were unsupervised. All in all, a place to avoid, as the staff doesn’t seem to care, the place is dirty, and I can’t believe we didn’t get sick.

Waffle house is great at 12 am, 3am or 6am or around those time frame. I love their hashbrowns and eggs. This location made my hashbrowns to a crispy over fried goodness (sarcasm) but they did perfect on my eggs. lol So I guess it balanced out? But my raisin toast was blacken and that was gross. My boyfriend’s order of a medium rare T-​bone came out medium almost well done. With so many mistakes for a basic order at every waffle house that doesn’t seem to have a problem with getting it right… I’m gonna go to a different one next time.

Slow slow slow. They have just one person calling orders for the whole place. Wait staff got rude with a few customers and they didn’t seem to take pride in their work. I’d pick other breakfast spots in the area before I go back.
