If I could give zero stars I would. I just left there with my two sons. Got ½ a dozen donuts as a treat for doing good in school today. Get home and they are hard as a rock! Nothing fresh about them. Not even edible. Just wasted 6 bucks bc I’m throwing them in the trash. I will never return. Oh and the lady at the counter was miserable. Terrible customer service.

Unbelievably rude service. We went in on a Saturday(03÷21÷15) night at 9:15, their posted hours listed them open until 10 p.m. Three employees stood around not really helping anyone, while one clearly inexperience employee took 15 minutes to make 2 milkshakes and scoop one cup of ice cream. Our plan was to enjoy dessert and then purchase several dozen donuts for church the next morning. As we were finally sitting down at 9:30, an announcement was made by a female employee to the room that they were getting ready to close. There were three tables of people still eating. 5 minutes later, at 9:35, my husband went up tot purchase the donuts and was told that the registers were closed and the donuts put away, and«we warned you we were closing.» He was very frustrated, but sat back down as we finished our ice cream. At 9:40 a male employee told us and all the other customers«hey, we’re closing and locking up, so if everyone can please finish up and go.» So rude. If your policy of closing at 10 means the last customer will be served at 9:30, that needs to be stated somewhere in the store. It is by far the closest Dunkin Donuts to me, but I can’t imagine ever wasting my time driving there again-in case they’ve decided to randomly close early. They lost a very good customer this weekend.

Everything about this place is horrible. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating. When I first came in, there were two employees working. One was helping a family and the other was doing absolutely nothing but did not ask me what I was looking for or what I needed although we made eye contact about 3 times. I had to wait until the other lady was finished helping the other family. I wanted to order a cake, so she gave me an order sheet and told me to look through the cake book and pick out which one I wanted. 2 days later I came back to pick up my child’s first birthday cake and the cake was slanted! I paid $ 66.77 for a slanted cake! I don’t know, maybe they ran out of flour or something. But being the nice person that I am, I just let it slide. Plus, the two ladies that were there the other day weren’t there anymore. It was a man who brought the cake out to me. Come time for the birthday party, everyone complained about how slanted and how poorly the cake was made. It was so poorly made, my aunt thought I tried to make the cake on my own. I felt like a total failure that my child’s first birthday was ruined. Lesson learned, never coming here again.

I don’t know about the donuts or the baskin robins, but the space itself is great. It’s usually empty or maybe I’ve just gone at slower times of the day. It is spacious and clean and I got good customer service in the evening even though my order was simple. However, I have been to many dunkin donuts and they do not always get the order right so it was a big deal at THIS dunkin donuts that the barista/cashier asked me specifically how I wanted it and prepared my drink exactly how I want it. That means a lot to me especially because many cashiers quickly take my order assuming they understand my slightly-confusing order. So thank you awesome cashier at this dunkin donuts :) Also, the place says it is closes around 9, but I remember leaving the other day around 11 and it was nice to sit outside. Ample parking.

This place is gross. Seriously. My son absolutely loves Dunkin Donuts and this place is right by home, so we’ve given it a couple shots. One time, there were flies buzzing around, landing on donuts. We just left without ordering anything. The other(yeah, I know, pretty stupid to go back) we went through the drive thru and got ice cream(it’s also a Baskin Robbins) and milk for my son. Good thing we noticed it was a week expired before we gave it to him. We tried coming back to the restaurant to explain to the manager, she kept asking for the receipt. Yes, because we save all out receipts for ice cream and milk purchases in the event we might like to exchange them. Save yourself the trouble and don’t eat here. It’s nasty. Even though I doubt many people are checking reviews for DD.

Service in the evening is much better. Be specific about what you order and it’s alright. We ate at the Baskin Robins and the majority of our ice cream had frost and freezer burn all over it. Not the best. I live near here so this is convenient, which is why I come here. It’s just alright.

I’ve visited this DD for the last time. I love the Dunkin Donuts brand, and their coffee(even make it at home) but the service you receive at this location is awful. The staff couldn’t care less about their customers and it shows. Today I ordered one of my favorites, a medium caramel latte. The clerk didn’t ask if i wanted a hot or cold one, but since it was 104 degrees, i assumed it would be an iced latte. Well, what I received wasn’t even close to a latte(hot or cold). Took one sip of this luke warm beverage«mess» — it tasted awful and didn’t have a hint of caramel. I would’ve asked for a redo, but the clerk disappeared into the back, leaving me in the store alone. I threw it away as I left. I don’t expect«Ritz» level service at a Dunkin Donuts, but at least make some effort to keep me coming back day after day. Instead, the staff here has encouraged me to get my everyday caffeine fix elsewhere.

If you’re looking for friendly service as you pick up your fast food to go… this is not the place. I continue to go to this location because it’s convenient and that’s pretty much it. You have to know what it is you’re going for and smiles and hello’s are not one of them. If you choose to go through the drive-thru be prepared to yell at the intercom and listen very closely because it appears to have some sort of malfunction. And more importantly, check your order before you leave. Nine times out of ten you will drive away all ready to dig into whatever you ordered only to discover you have someone else’s idea of a good meal.
