Dunkin’ Donuts

Horrible. They can’t make a simple iced coffee to save their lives. They put granulated sugar in cold coffee, so it’s like drinking sand. Gross, right? So I ask them to fix it. I don’t know what they did, probably just sat it down on the counter, when they gave it back to me it was exactly the same! So I go inside and say once again, I don’t want granulated sugar, I want you to MELT the sugar, and then girl was soooo incredibly rude. If you made a drink wrong, then fix it, minus the attitude. This doesn’t happen at starbucks, which is where I should have been going, and where I will be going for now on.

Since 2008 I was a Dunkin Donuts customer. I have been to many countries where Dunkin Donuts has locations and have never experienced such a bad experience. The staff has a large language barrier and nobody present seemed to speak English. The order was taken by the lady that is not prepared to do her job. They made my iced coffee white by putting so much cream in my Dark Roast Iced Coffee that I struggled to drink it. The lady that was cleaning was dealing with food. None of the employees had smiles on their faces and nobody said thank you or nothing. The only communication received was «what you waiting for? «from a lady how rude? I was waiting on my sandwhich this place seemed like a scam making fun of us?. I will try to avoid the company Dunkin Donuts and move to Starbucks that offers high customer service qualities.

Nice staff but food is not that great. It’s usually just thrown together. I always order iced coffee. which usually taste burnt from this location; (

The staff here is nice… when they want to be. What I believe to be the owner is a great guy though! My drinks are made right 70 percent of the time but the other 30 percent are so over-​sweetened that it tends to ruin my day sadly.

Not sure why this DD has such bad reviews, but I felt like my experience was pretty normal.
My iced coffee tasted as it should. Had a coupon for a 99 cent medium iced coffee and a free order of hash browns. I’m not really a fan of DD’s hash browns, but hey, they were free.
The store was relatively clean and much newer than nearby DDs.
The manager was very nice to me as well, which is a plus :)

I would have given this place 4 stars if not for what we found in one of the donuts.
I had bought 24 donuts from here. the guy behind the counter was friendly and quickly packed up my order. One of my colleagues found that there was a small hair like an eye brow in the donut he was eating… We did not make much of a deal of it. we just threw that one away.
I know there is a rare chance of finding these in your food but this was just our unlucky day… I don’t think I would be visiting this place any time soon…

Actually a pretty nice location [compaired to the one on Jimmy Carter]. There’s a little dinning area w/​bathrooms. What sets this location apart is the customer service, everyone behind the counter is nice and friendly & is never in a rush to get you out the door. Even the local PD hang out here [see picture]. Yeah I know imagine seeing a cop at a doughnut shop :-)
