How long does it take to make a frappucino? By the time they finished my drink my croissant was cold. They are slow and the dinning potion was dirty.

Been going to Starbucks for years and this would be the worst location I’ve been to. For the past few months I’ve been ordering on my app so that my drink should be ready when I get there but 30 minutes later and it’s still not ready. The whole staff is incompetent. Yesterday I ordered my drink online and when to get. I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. When i asked about my order they denied getting a online order and then was like oh ya we are out of your drink. WTF. I waited all that time and they couldn’t bother to tell me that before. Worst customer service ever

This is perhaps the worst Starbucks to which I’ve ever been. I would give it no stars, but we actually did get our drinks. Unorganized… Dirty… Ignorant of how to make drinks…
There seemed to be one person, of the four behind the counter, who knew anything. While I waited to give my drink order, she stopped in the middle of what she was doing to comment on the 5 cups that were sitting on the counter waiting to be completed. She wanted to know who was «putting milk to the second line-it’s only supposed to go to the first.» She proceeded to question everyone. No one seemed to have an answer. She dumped the appropriate amount back into the container…
Our order was this: Grande brewed Pike Place, Grande brewed Espresso Roast (that turned out not to actually be brewed and had to be a pour over), Grande iced Chai, cookie. We were in the store just over 20 minutes waiting for our order to be filled-​with 1 person in front of us. The one drink they didn’t actually have to fix, husband’s brewed Pike Place, took 5 minutes. The chai (aka pour some pre-​mix in a cup and add ice) was the longest wait. It took 20 minutes.
When she told me she would have to make the Espresso Roast, I asked if the had a Clover machine. She looked at me bewildered, looked around the corner to the coffee-​making apparatus counter, and then said, «No.» ???
Anyway, we travel-​and have definitely marked this Starbucks off our stop list. Hopefully we won’t ever accidentally stop here. Don’t bother-​find another one.

Always busy, in need of some cleaning and extremely under staffed for the number of customers they get during rush hours. The employees try their best to be friendly but it’s overwhelming. Coffee is awesome of course!

I almost drink coffee everyday in this place and sastified with the service in here. They can remember your name if you go frequently. Good place!

Very friendly staff, quick service, quick internet, clean facilities. I recommend.
There have been times that I have come here and he staff was not to friendly or especially fast. But I’ve noticed that in recent days there have been a lot of changes, there are a lot of smiles and greetings. I notice that they remember the names of people who are regulars and people love to come and stay for hours working and enjoying a very great atmosphere.

The girl who took my order was friendly and efficient. While waiting for my order I was «entertained» by a conversation between the batista «desiree» I believe her name was and another employee… extremely annoying while you watch your drink melt in the blender. Maybe work first talk later… annoying experience don’t go here if you are in any kind of hurry.

I usually make my orders right on the app so I can skip the line and walk straight to pick up.
I often get annoyed stares from customers waiting in line … ‘Who the heck is this guy walking straight to pick up and getting his drink … We have been waiting here for hours…’ That’s when I flash my phone … ‘Online order … Don’t worry I’m not cutting in line… Using the app to order ahead!‘
Well any who, I always order the same thing, depending on my mood I switch the size from tall to grande or vice verse. I always order the dark roast, regular amount of soy, shot of espresso, and a pump of toffee.
I was impressed with this location because the barista, should have gotten his name, made the drink perfect.
The drink was still hot (not warm) and taste of my coffee perfect. Coffee tasted fresh, nutty from the toffee and smooth from the soy milk. Some locations can’t get that right (not naming any names — Auburn, Alabama located right on exit 57 Starbucks).
So thank you to anonymous barista … I salute you. Drinking the coffee you made, while I’m writing this review. Thank you

Their coffee is good, but they overcharged me twice in a row. Having to worry about monitoring my receipts is a hassle and I won’t be back here.

Ooooh! Stood in line for like hours when there are like 2 customers ahead of me. The barista is very slow, they took forever to write down your name and print out a darn receipt. I had to wait literally 30 minutes for my drink and My venti café vanilla frappucino didn’t come out to be FRAPPUCINO but instead a freaking ice coffee like the ones I bought from the convenient store. Not to mention they hire a guy to sweep the floor every 5 minutes when there’s barely trash on the floor instead of placing him next to the blender.

Service was slow and the 2 orders I made were very sloppy and caramel all over the cup. THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

Always friendly and they recently reintroduced me to my love of the seasonal Gingerbread loaf — so yummy! Wish it was a little bigger with more seating — there are lots of students in there during peak hours with it being right across from GACS. Also the barista really seems to take his time getting the drinks perfect but I don’t mind waiting the extra minute. Thanks for the awesome service!

Home is were the WiFi is, and boy o’ boy is it fast!

This is one of the busier starbucks, but it depends on the time you go. I’ve mostly had luck being able to find a chair or an outlet and hopefully both. There was a point where I didn’t like coming here, because one of the baristas was kinda mean haha, but I haven’t seen her in a while. I always see new baristas here. I like sitting at the side table by the window because there is a plug nearby and most people don’t sit there and I somehow always have to charge my phone while I am here. Also, sitting outside is a great people watching spot.
There are not too many things around this Starbucks as far as food goes, however it is right next to the interstate, so it is easy to hop back on 85 and take another exit or even go down this side road that takes you to Jimmy Carter for some great eats (Bento Café, Pearl, Pappadeux, Global Mall for Indian Food, lots of places). The only place right next to the Starbucks that looks remotely good is Roll Me and they have a scoutmob, but I have yet to try it.
Otherwise, great place to catch up with a friend (or 2 or 3, but not 4, because their tables aren’t that big: P, but I’ve seen people try to make it work: P). If you’re lucky enough to grab the couches, they’re really comfy. Drinks are consistent, if not awesome.

This is a nice place if you can find a place to park or a place to sit down. The traffic alone to get to the shopping center during the work week is ridiculous. The bright side was every time I have visited, I wasn’t standing in line for too long. I think the large amount of foot traffic they get is because they are the only location in the area.
They have a few tables and chairs outside, but don’t see that as enjoyable. The sidewalk is narrow and doesn’t allow guest to walk past easily. Again the parking lot and traffic was also so busy, that the noise outside wouldn’t allow for easy communication.

I love this location and have been coming here for years! The baristas change often but they are very nice. It’s becoming very crowded too and often there are no seats. Ask that Amanda makes your drink if she’s there!

I love this location & their remodeling. This Starbucks is located in the same shopping center as Roll Me and Philly Wings & Things.
I would have given this place a 3 Star, but the service has definitely improved a lot. Everyone is so nice. I came here once to pick up Starbucks for my coworkers and they are so friendly and attentive.
Overall, great place and so close.

This location is very close to my house. Its located right next to the waffle house on Indian trail. last year they under go a renovation that include more individual tables fewer sofas, two long communal tables in the middle of the store and one long bar table facing the store front window. Power outlets are all on the wall are usually occupied first.
The service depends on the time of the day. Weekend and after 5 pm is so so. The baristas tend to make drink according to if you are a regular then in order of payment during the specific times I listed. In any other time the service is ok.
Overall ok small location.

Fortunately, it’s literally down the street but I don’t really care too much for this location. The employees are pretty friendly. But it seems like it takes forever to get my drinks. Regardless of how busy they are or even if I only ordered 1 drink. It just takes forever. And I’m not talking only 10 min. but 20 min… That’s just ridiculous.

I’ve been here a couple of times and both times the folks have been super friendly and have made me an excellent drink.
They are speedy and delightful. They have a good bit of space inside and it seems comfy. I have not had the need to have a seat and hang out, but would if needed.
I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.
