Zoom Dental of Lilburn

This office has gone downhill fast once it changed to Bella Dental. We paid for my husband to get a crown, they lost the crown. We had already paid for the crown, and they are not addressing the issue at all. They’ve sent my husband to a specialist twice and have still not refunded or credited our money. His tooth is still not fixed! It has been a nightmare! Stay away.

I attended this dentist for 10 years and when they changed to Bella Dental it went down hill. They recently gave me a crown on one of my tooth and it hurt for 2 week, now 2 months later its hurting as if there is decay on my root of the same tooth. How ??? If they just gave me this crown how is there a cavity that hurts? I’m confused cause I brush more than ever and I use my water pic. Now I have to get another crown on the other side of my mouth and now this dentist is saying a rootcanal cause they are expecting for the worst, so your going to charge me for something I prob. dont need or wont do properly, they just want money. My mom just started having problems with her teeth after Bella dental bought Zoom. I will not be returning to this ‘419’ establishment.

Worst dental office I’ve ever been to!!! Horrible! They don’t know what they are doing. Trust your instincts, if you feel bad about a place, it probably is. Walk out!
I went there to get braces, I had one crooked tooth in the front that was overlapping another tooth and that was it. I chose them because they were the cheapest (no wonder). I didn’t think much of it, it’s just braces, everyone puts it on the same way, so why pay more? Boy, was I wrong! It’s the care that matters. Every time I went there, something was messed up. Either my payments, they forget to put a coil, a hook, or rubber band. They had me wear the wrong ones for almost 3 mo. I thought that I’ll wear braces for less than 6 mo., but they told me 18 – 24 mo. Lol. I also had 2 molars missing at the bottom on each side, they told me that they could close the gap (not). After they couldn’t close it, they tried to open it again, this is close to when I’m suppose to take them off, around 18 mo. So they continue my treatment, it’s 24 mo. Now, my teeth aren’t ready, they asked me if I want to sign a release form (my gaps were about a mm to 2 open, I couldn’t do a bridge or implant, too small) I said no. That doctor left, another one came took over, went to a different practice (they ended up renaming Zoom to «Bella Dental» trying to remove all the negative reviews, staff, etc. and start over). After I went there, they told me I had to pay $ 1,000 extra because they had to continue my treatment and another $ 400 for retainers. I was furious!!! They mess me up and now I have to pay extra!
STAY AWAY FROM «ZOOM DENTAL, BELLA DENTAL AND PRINCETON DENTAL» They all work together and they are horrible! I hope they go out of business.
