Bandido’s

It has been a bit since we have been here. We usually come on birthdays, due to the free meal. The food is usually good, and freshly made. Tonight we came for dinner, and noticed that the menu has changed, a lot of items was removed. They offer some newer selections, but selection is limited. The service is always good. We was disappointed with the fillings in the chimichanga the meat was very scarce. Other wise it was good.

This place it’s great, we eat here about once a week. The food is fantastic, it’s more of a tex-​mex I guess rather than authentic. My favorite is the mesquite quesadilla and the cheese dip.

Got the Burrito Ultimito. Looks like something Taco Bell would come up with. See attached pic. Was not really impressed.

Very yummy average semi fresh sit down Mexican food. The bad been lowered over the years here but it is still good to have a few times a year. Clean, friendly and usually quiet.

I’m honestly not sure why this place is getting so much hate. I stopped here while in town for work and was pleasantly surprised. They had a great affordable lunch special (I got the «big bad burrito» and it was HUGE), the food came out fast, and the quacamole and salsa were both delicious. Very friendly staff and my burrito was awesome. Also, they have signs saying they do half off drinks on the 5^th of every month, so go drink up if you’re local!

This in the only location in Ohio with the rest being in Fort Wayne. We went as a family of 9 and the service and food were what we expected good but not great. All of our food was good and hot and all was correct. We ordered a variety of foods including taco salads, casadilla’s, tacos, enchiladas and others. The salsa was ok but not great, the chips were decent. Overall a non eventful eating experience and will likely return again.

There’s no option for negative stars. Serious mistake going there. The salsa had no taste and the chips were stale. I ordered the Caliente chimis and what they consider Caliente was a pepper ranch that covered the horrible blob they call a chimi. It was supposed to be seafood, but it was a seafood paste. If the nasty paste didn’t get you then the ranch did. Oh and I had no refills to wash the taste away.

Casual atmosphere and very accommodating to children. We had a large group that was seated promptly. The service was good and the staff friendly.
The food was good but not spectacular. It was served hot with no mistakes, even with a group of ten. Opt for the hot salsa instead of the house version for a chunkier and more flavorful version. The queso was excellent.
Staff and atmosphere are well above average. Might go back and try a different dish to rate the food higher however.

I used to stay in Lima quite often for work and became addicted to their Grande Seafood Nacho platter.
Seriously, it’s really good. I literally ate it three consecutive nights per week, for about six months.
Unfortunately, the service seems to have gone downhill and the food as well. I came here recently with a coworker and waited outside before they opened. The manager made a strange comment about how there is almost never anyone waiting outside. I would think that would be the opposite of what I would tell customers. Our waitress was just awful, and we were treated to (and overheard) some very unprofessional banter.
I’m no prude, but employees need to act in a professional manner.
I ordered the nacho platter and it was great as usual. My co-​worker ordered some sort of enchilada. I tasted it. It had a distinct cardboard flavor, which I don’t believe is traditional.
Unless you are getting the nachos, I would avoid Bandido’s.
Maybe their low-​end employees run the day shift. One can only hope.

The drinks are watered down and their food below average. The fish tacos were made from frozen-​breaded fish fillets. It is edible and seems a bit unique in décor, but outdated and food is not worth the time or money.

The salsa had no flavor and found a hair in one of the bowls of salsa. Ordered taco and burrito the ground beef had no flavor rice was clumpy and could not eat my food. Chimichanga full of beans and hardly any ground beef. My ice water was good.
