I used to love their carnitas bowl and salads. Went in recently and had to wait for 5 online orders to be completed before I could order (all while I was the only person in line @4pm). No one was even in the restaurant waiting to pick up their online order yet. Didn’t appreciate the long wait. Food didn’t even taste that good.

First time at Lima location. Had to search for a seat as most of the tables were wet/sticky/dirty…lots of crumbs on the floor. Not busy at 1:30 pm so the cleanliness issue should have already been addressed or being worked on when we arrived. Mass confusion behind the food prep area… we felt very rushed though there was one couple in line behind us. Food prep area needed «tidying up» a bit. All of these issues wouldn’t be issues with adequate management & supervision. Our burrito’s were fair to middlin’. Won’t return…

I never pass up a Chipotle! The food is always the best! There is almost always a line so that should tell you something. Don’t worry though the line moves quickly. Seating can be an issue sometimes, but don’t worry this isn’t a place that people like to sit and socialize after eating because by nature the restaurant is very noisy. This location is small but the staff has always been friendly but lacks the art and design of other stores I have been to. The parking is always there however you may have to walk a little further during peak times.

This is the second time I visited here and they are out of alcohol to make the Margarita’s. The staff said they have not had alcohol here for over two months. I was here six months ago and the same story.

I love chipotle it’s not your typical taco bell, it’s Mexican without the ugh I shouldnt have ate that feeling. Not many menu items, basically burritos and salads that u can pick your meat and toppings. Pretty fast for quick meal and change of pace from normal fast food options in Lima. Never had bad service or food. Seems to be under good management. I visit there all the time.

Although I typically lament the opening of yet another fast-​food restaurant on Elida Road, Chipotle has been a guilty pleasure of mine for years, and I’m delighted Lima finally got one.
