My last several visits have been trying at least. Only three people working and all college students. Didn’t see much leadership. Check out was at a glacial pace with two registers working. 15 minutes in line and two people in front of me. Used debit card to pay with drivers license to prove who I was. Told put it back until I swiped my card then show my id. Really… also when I gave my phone number in beginning the cashier said «that you». Seemed impersonal to provide a positive customer experience. The last several visits the service is poor the staff need re-​trained. Does corporate or regional office make visits? They need to and on weekends. Will review again to see if this pattern continues. Another sporting goods store coming with national chain. Will definitely be competitive.
