OK, I’ve been a customer of Kirkwood for over 20 years, and have found them to be pretty great. They’ve responded right away, they’ve offered to deliver on weekends, they’ve just been great.
As a matter of fact, they’ve said «no, we don’t need to service your furnace, you haven’t burned enough to need servicing» which I think is pretty great.
So no one’s perfect, and I thought I’d offer a balancing view to the previous review.
