Just left the store. The staff was not the least bit interested in helping me. Vey disappointed!

My husband and I have both used eye to eye vision to purchase glasses. We went there because they accepted our insurance. We purchased both sunglasses and regular glasses. When my husband first used his sunglasses at a football game he realized that he could not see well at a distance. He took them back and they quickly found out the problem from the manufacturer and returned the glasses picking a better frame for his perscription. I was there at a separate time from my husband and there was an issue with my insurance that was quickly tracked down and corrected by Jamie. Jamie is very knowledgable and takes whatever time is necessary to be sure that your glasses are correct and explain your insurance coverage. We have both been happier with our glasses that we have been at any other eye shop. This is a great place for glasses.

I really hate to post this review. Doctor was great with my kids for the last few years but customer service was extremely lacking this year. Office manager was rude and incompetent, couldn’t(didn’t have time even though we were the ONLY ones in the office) get an approval from the insurance so had to reschedule one appt and wouldn’t let me call, didn’t update ALL6 kids in the computer so when they called to inform the glasses were in they called someone else, i had appointments scheduled weeks in a row and was told face to face glasses weren’t there even though they were. That was april. Couldn’t coordinate my hours and theirs to pick up contacts fast enough so when i went in July they had RETURNED them and they were already PAID for. Couldn’t store them for a few months? Little boxes? Reordered them in july and still waiting. I’m unsure if i will go back. Kids love him but i guess it will depend if service improves.

Scheduling an appointment was easy over the phone and they have weekend hours. The date of my appointment they called an asked to move up the time of my appointment due to the snowstorm. I was happy to change and arrived early only to be told that they never mentioned over the phone my insurance wasn’t showing up properly and I would need to reschedule. When I asked why no one mentioned this over the phone only two hours earlier I simply got a blank stare. I have since made an appointment somewhere else
