Went here when my usual place I go to for Chinese food was closed. I ordered the almond chicken combo, which comes with chicken fried rice & an egg roll. I got the dinner portion, so I would have leftovers. I got exactly 8 pieces, most of them pretty small. Didn’t care for the chicken fried rice or the egg roll, which I tossed out. No offense, but the Chinese restaurant on Allen Rd in Melvindale is way better.

Great food, friendly staff, and nice environment. You get a lot of food for what you pay for. Price is right. They make homemade plum sauce that’s very good. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese restaurants.

Decent Chinese food with above average crab ran goons… Nothing displeasing but nothing to write home about.

The food here is always delicious. However, I give you three stars. The last four times I have called in an order for pick up, it has been incorrect and I have had to make a second trip to the restaurant to correct it. I have now taken this review to two stars. Yesterday I ordered edamame and egg drop soup. The edamame was pretty good but the egg drop soup was more along the lines of egg yolk gelatin. The«soup» was the color of egg yolk and completely jellied. The«broth» stuck to my spoon and it was lukewarm. How could anyone dish soup and not notice that there was something very wrong with it, and then give it to a consumer. I was afraid if I ate it I would become ill. So now, the last five times I have ordered food, something has been incorrect. Please fix this so I will want to continue to patronize your restaurant.

Very good flavor but they’re stingy with the portion sizes, they use real chicken, order was correct and fresh. They’re very clean on the inside but I feel that they’re a lil over priced as it relates to the amount you receive. However, they are worth a try!

Food is quite decent, service is great. Very friendly family atmosphere. Visited middle of the week and it appeared that lot of the business is carryout. I switch back and forth between normal and spicy and they cover it all and in between. Also glad to have local place with bubble tea…

I mean, it’s downriver Chinese. I don’t expect much, I guess, so closer to 2.5 stars. They gave really large quantities of extra sauce — I didn’t need to ask for more(though I did, and they charged me — I used it to cook beef bones in the slow cooker). Good for what it was, but no creativity or care really seemed to be added.

Serious wok skills coupled with high quality ingredients. Great value, good prices, and always friendly. The veggies are so fresh and delicious! We ordered eggplant & broccoli(two dishes) in garlic sauce, and they were both cooked perfectly! The eggplant was caramelized, buttery soft, and amazing! The broccoli was tender, bright green, and not over cooked. We also ordered Massaman curry which was honestly not an authentic or accurate representation of the dish; but it was a very delicious curry packed full of meat & veggies, so we weren’t disappointed.

Some of the best Chinese I’ve had in the Metro Detroit area. The egg rolls are perfect. The pan fried dumplings are sublime. The green curry with chicken is fantastic. The house special mei fun noodles are tasty. The General Tso’s chicken is pretty ok. The soups are quite tasty. Nothing fancy, but the food is tasty and plentiful.

Love it. They have quality food and not your box order Chinese/Thai. They have my favorite new found addiction«Bubble Tea» make sure to ask for it frozen if you prefer slush. The first time i ordered it came with only ice. This wasn’t bad either but still prefer the slush. I have had the pad thai– it’s really really good(not the best I have had but it’s also cheaper on the wallet) and I will say it’s a close number #2 or 3. General Tso– same as pad Thai(B+)(A-) Bubble Tea–(A) up there on top– maybe the best. And the dining is also amazing! Very classy! Not your typical smelly dining area. Cathay house has them beat in the dining. Maybe because the bar that they offer? But layout but is really clean and warm. Take a date or your kids.

Decided to try this place after seeing good reviews. We ordered carry out crab rangoon, general tso’s chicken(asked for sauce on side and was charged extra, no biggie but would’ve appreciated the heads up), singapore noodles and abc. Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest if ordering dishes with sauces on the side is to ask them not to stack the sauce containers or at least have support between them. Two of the three sauce containers ruptured and spilled a bit in the bag. We would visit again and try other dishes.

I sometimes have a craving for Chinese food. Yum Yum always satisfies those(hopefully more increasingly rare) cravings. Plus they’re open the latest out of the Chinese restaurants in this area. Not gonna lie, it’s probably pretty hard to screw up my order… Pretty standard. But I don’t have anything bad to say!

This review is for dine in lunch. The place was clean and there was plenty of space. Our food was served quickly and the prices were great! A lunch entrée with soup or an egg roll was only $ 6. I ordered the General Tsos Chicken with white rice & an egg roll. The egg roll was actually crispy & hot, unlike a lot of other places. It had good flavor and the sweet & sour was a nice addition. The entrée was crispy pieces of chicken in a sauce. The sauce wasn’t the typical generals sauce you get at places. It could have been spicier and it was more like a Thai chili sauce. That being said — it tasted good. The menu offered a variety of Chinese & Thai dishes. Most people were ordering take out vs sitting in, but I think that’s more due to the location.

Chinese and Thai Food! The dining room usually empty but alot of carry out. I tried bubble tea for first it was wonderful, Egg Drop soup was good, The Dumplings were excellent. All in all a great meal for not too bad a price. Friendly wait staff always checking to see if anything else needed. Food does not have that just taken from freezer and reheated taste that you get from alot of Chinese fast food.

Whenever I go to a Chinese restaurant anywhere, I usually put them to the level of authenticity test. I order two things, and two things that I am very particular about… Mushu Pork and Singapore Noodles. After taking these dishes for a spin I’ve come to the conclusion, that this establishment one of the better decent fast chinese restaurants here downriver. We came here during its first ever opening, and found that the spot is hella nice and hella new. Not just that, their food is very good. Don’t compare this spot to a proper chinese sit down restaurant. This is more of the fast food chinese spot. Compared to the«American» chinese joints, this place can trump them all. Their Mushu pork is extremely good and their Singapore noodles is top knotch. Let me let you in on a little secret as well. Their Bubble Tea is kick ass! The glass is always half full Weeeeeeeeeee!

The spring rolls are probably the best ones I’ve ever had absolutely amazing. Shrimp pad Thai is yum. General Taos chicken 2 thumbs up! Singapore noodles omg shut your mouth! Pineapple fried rice is very good and not too greasy just the right flavor with cashews and raisin mmmm… mango shrimp yum yum. The service is great the people that work here really care about the food and it shows in the service and flavors.
