This is the first meal I’ve eaten out in a long time where I didn’t think I could have just made the food better myself! Burgers, fries & wings were delicious! Great friendly service too!

Went here for a late dinner around 9 pm. The service was very speedy, but our server was pretty clueless about beer options and brought us the wrong appetizer. I ordered the brew burger, which had beer cheese on it that was gritty and weirdly sweet. Husband ordered the mushroom burger, which was also sweet for some reason. Both our burgers were overcooked. The sweet potato fries, although served in a very generous portion, looked and tasted like they’d been sitting out for a long time. The kicker: our bill was just under $ 50 for two people. Overall: I would go back for drinks but definitely not food.

Pretty good burger! I had the Brew Burger, I didn’t specify a temperature and they cooked it well done but it was still juicy, fresh veggies and the bacon was great, served on a pretzel bun, crispy fries that we like, the cheese sauce on the burger broke down and was gritty but still flavorful. My wife had the Juicy Lucy and loved it. Limited but good tap beer selection, décor resembles the name, overall good experience and would definitely visit again. On a side note we sat at a table and noticed all the chairs wobbled, grabbed one from and adjacent table and it wobbled too, maybe get some wood glue and tighten them up. Mr Picky

I’ve been to Born in a Barn a couple times now. My first experience wasn’t the best(food wise) but that had a lot to do with stretching too far out of the box. We started with the barn nachos which weren’t terrible. Just not really up my alley. Rather than tortilla chips, they were potato chips and smothered in barbecue sauce. The burger I got was deep fried and could have been served at the state fair, and the wings were pretty solid. If you’re looking for something a little different than normal, but not too different… I really enjoyed the hot popper burger. A friend of mine also ordered the double QP and was very impressed. The burgers were cooked perfectly, not too done and still nice and juicy. Our first trip was during happy hour. I believe your first beer was full price and everything thereafter was only a dollar. Pretty good deal if you time it right. Brat

I wish I was able to tell you about the food, but we didn’t get to eat. We arrived and tried to find a table for 7 of us. There were only 2 options inside(and one was housing 3 people and their stuff). My husband asked the waitress about getting a table and she said we could sit on the patio(fine, no problem). She told the bartender that he would need to wait on us and his response was«I’d rather not». Ummmmm, ok. Sorry to inconvenience you. He chased after us after we left and explained that he was the only bartender there that night and didn’t want to leave the bar. Dude, I was asking you to WAIT on us, not sit on my lap and join us for dinner. This is what happens when the«entitlement generation» works in the hospitality industry — it’s all about them and what works for them and not the costumer. I wasn’t particularly in the mood to drive across town to eat here and now glad it’s off my list for good.

Waited at the bar for about thirty minutes before we were acknowledged by the 2 bartenders working right in front of us. After we ordered our 3 drinks, we waited another 15 minutes for them to be made. A few people came up and complained about wait times in their orders. What really boggled my mind is that the servers would come up with every food order and ask a bartender where they went. We were going to eat dinner there, but after waiting almost an hour for drinks, we begrudgingly paid our tab and left. Very understaffed and disorganized. Sad, because the reviews for the food were good.

Came in here last Saturday to celebrate my best-friend and her husbands birthdays. I’ve never heard of this restaurant until my friend & her husband had decided to go here for dinner & drinks. For a Saturday night the place wasn’t too packed. There were maybe 2 – 3 smaller groups and 1 other group that was a bit bigger then ours in there at the time. The waitress provided good service and the food came out quick as well. I got the onion rings for my appetizer and I was glad that I got quite a few considering it was like $ 8.00. They do charge for extra sauces as well. I ordered an extra ranch and I was charged for it. The other two girls split an order of nachos and I must say the nachos were huge. I even had to help them out by eating some too. It’s a pretty good sized mound. Got the main courses and I would have to say that for me it was almost too much after the load of appetizers lol I got 12 wings, which were coated pretty good with sauce and very good. After we finished eating us 3 ladies had a skee ball challenge in the back. The waiter said if you get like a 350 or something like that you get a free beer. Needless to say none of us came close to getting even 300 points haha all in all this place was really good. They do add in the tip to the bill if you come in with a good sized group. We only had 6 and they had the gratuity in with the total so just keep that in mind before you go writing a tip out on the tip line. I do recommend trying this place out!

We ate here this past Sunday and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Popper Burger and it was delicious! It was slightly crunchy and juicy at the same time. It had plenty of jalapeños and cream cheese oozed out. They served it with a lot of fries. I also ordered the fried pickles which arrive as fried spears instead of slices. We had bloody Mary’s with the meal and they were pleasantly spicy. I look forward to trying the other burgers.

I came into Born in a Barn after the recommendation of a friend. I had the wing flight with six sauces.(Sparky’s, maple bacon, peanut butter and jelly, garlic Asiago, pineapple siracha and Tim’s spicy garlic) Everything was great! The others I was with all had burgers that they enjoyed as well. Great service, I will definitely be coming back.
