It is sort of «fast food» but in a very fresh way! Our tortilla soup, greek salad and tomato mozzarella sandwich were great! Our youngest totally enjoyed her chicken fingers and side southwest salad. We will definitely stop in again when we need a quick bite!

Much like Panera, Braeda offers sandwiches, pastas, and salads. You can get a half salad and half sandwich like Panera too! The difference from Braeda and Panera is that there are only three Braeda’s and they all are in Lincoln. I started eating at this place when someone suggested eating it when I was in Lincoln for my work. It was a great change for us, since many times we would order Jimmy Johns because they delivered. I can’t say I’ve tried much of their food since I usually get the same salad every time I eat here. The Braeda signature salad. It’s really good. I get it without the cheese on it, but what’s left still makes for a tasty salad. Last time we were there, we also got the vegetable and herb baked sandwich. That was also very tasty. We are a fan of this place, even though it’s in Lincoln. When we are in the neighborhood, we will probably stop here again.

Ugh. Stomach hurting. Boring food. Bread tastes like spongey turd. «Spicy» sandwich flavorless and bland. French fries were wheeled over from Runza all cold and wet. I try to support local places, but this is a terrible attempt at a Panera. Also, it is amazingly overpriced. Avoid at all costs!

Eeh, it was like a sad version of Panera. I thought the food was just okay. It was close enough to my hotel for me to stop by, but I wouldn’t seek it out.

I never think to stop here because I always have Panara on the brain but this place has fantastic, fresh, food. I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees either. I recommend the Greek salad.
