Before I even went wedding dress shopping here, at least four different people told me how great they were and that I should check them out. That being said, they lived up to the expectations! First off, there is no pressure to buy at all! Staff are carefree and helpful in explaining the layout of the store. You are able to roam freely and when you find dresses you like they take them to your fitting room. Prices here are very reasonable compared to the chain bridal stores. You can really luck out like I did and if they have a discontinued style of dress in your size, you buy it directly off the rack. Cheryl worked with me primarily and she was friendly and awesome. She was able to answer questions I had about each dress, type, color, material etc. They allow you to get the dress pulled up and then come in to assist with the back, unlike the chain places that will hardly allow you to touch the dress unattended. It is better to pay with cash and upfront because you get an additional discount taken off the dress. You also get a discount if you purchase the first time of walking in. I had to leave and think about it, so did not get this but was still very satisfied. There was no pressure, very casual, and patient staff. I’m an indecisive person when it comes to big decisions like this and did not feel the staff was annoyed or upset waiting for me to make the decision. They even let me walk to the front of the store to see how the dress shines in the sunlight. They do a cute frame «yes» picture and post it on Facebook when you pick. Since my dress was off the rack, they also included complimentary cleaning and you can purchase the bag for the dress for $ 10, which is necessary! I would highly recommend this place to all future brides to check out! It is a hidden gem. I’ve been back several times to shop for bridesmaids dresses and each time the staff have continued to be helpful in explaining the colors, different designers etc. I was thrilled to know they work with out of town bridesmaids too since I have a couple of them. The only thing to note is they have some weird hours and are closed on Tuesdays, and most of the year on Sunday’s, so plan accordingly.

Had a great experience here! I already had purchased my gown but I was having trouble finding either a jacket or cape/​cloak to cover my shoulders for my wedding which was December 2013.
The ladies that helped me were incredible at helping me find a beautiful nearly full length silk and fur trimmed cloak with matching fur hand muff in the matching color of my dress in a catalog and helping me order it!
It came in perfect and looked amazing!!! It was something I had searched so many other stores for and it was really reasonable!!!

I didn’t realize when I was getting my bridal gown that this place was here, but learned about them from a friend afterward, so I went in to get my veil here. They were so incredibly helpful in finding what I wanted and explaining everything to me. I gave them idea of what I was looking for and they found me the perfect birdcage veil to go with my dress! I also got a garter while I was there. They have custom made ones that are super cute!
