Hercules has won me over. It’s New Years Eve and needless to say they are busy I picked up a steak and cheese calzone and got it home it had onions, peppers, mushrooms which I prefer not to eat on my steak and cheese and I did say just steak and cheese but There was obviously a mix up over the phone. The manager took the call right away and apologized and offered to make me a new one and have it delivered to my house and it came extremely fast! and it was excellent ! Great job Hercules in these days of mediocre customer service you guys are above and beyond

I haven’t tried the pizza yet but recently ordered fries and a chicken Caesar wrap. The portions are gigantic. Delivery is fast. My only complaint and it a going to sound crazy is there was too much chicken and not enough lettuce. The chicken, lettuce ratio was like 90⁄10 when it should have been more like 50⁄50. I’m no wrap master this is just my personal opinion. Otherwise it was fresh and delicious.

So frustrated… I had a very simple order. Large pepperoni pizza for delivery. I have been waiting over TWO HOURS for this pizza. I have ordered from them before and the pizza is okay. Nothing to write home about but decent. I called twice to make sure that they actually made my order. Both times I was given similar answers «it will be there soon» was the response that I got. I would understand if it was a busy night like a Friday or Saturday, but it is Monday night. How busy can they really be? I get that they might be having a rough night, but I am never ordering from this restaurant again just based on principle. To add insult to injury I still had to pay for the pizza. Unbelievable!

In a place like Rhode Island there are many pizza places but this one is def. one of the better ones. I order a buffalo chicken calzone from them and they have never disappointed me.

Great variety, and the place is extremely clean. We stopped after winning a few bucks at Twin Rivers. The people are extremely helpful, and the food was well prepared. Instead of waiting in lines at Twin Rivers, this is a great alternative for a light meal.

Worked for these great people back in the 90‘s. I can attest that the ingredients are made fresh daily. Looks like they have improved on an already great menu. Longevity mean quality, say hello to Bill, Jim, and Alex.
