Just went to Rocco’s for our first time tonight. Traveled from Warwick to bring my father there for his bday and planned on purchasing a gift certificate for friends who live nearby. Let’s just say I will not be returning and the gift certificate was NOT purchased. The four of us all ordered the build your own burger which we checked off toppings etc on paper they provided. All 4 burgers were sent to our table totally wrong. Those who ordered chicken got beef and those who ordered bacon and onion rings on theirs did not receive it… All 4 burgers were sent back and re-made. We were told it was the waitresses first night and she had only been on the job for an hour or so. Totally get it. We gave her a pass. Then the re-made food was delivered for a second time and this time they got it half right but the other two burgers were still wrong. At this point we just asked for the missing toppings on the side. While they did give us 3 complimentary beers not one of our meals was taken off the bill not even the birthday guest whose meal was messed up both times. The wings were good but totally not impressed with anything else. Can’t believe I just dropped over $ 100 at this establishment. Left the waitress a nice tip since we felt pretty bad for her but management knowing it was her first Night and the mess up being no fault of ours should have removed some type of food from the bill. Unacceptable and I can promise you I won’t return… What a joke!

Food has been good every time going here. This time in particular took entirely too long for service. Place was full but not overwhelmed, bartender took a while to take our order for drinks and food. Took about 35 mins from when we got there to get our food, which is way too long for burgers. The waitresses provide some nice scenery if you catch my drift. Take out would be quicker, don’t go here if you’ve got somewhere to be soon.

I love the atmosphere to this place. I always come here for the ribs and they are fantastic. The ribs fall right off the bone they are so good. The salads are great here as well the honey balsamic dressing is one of my favorite salad dressings I have had at any restaurant I have been to. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order here, I highly recommend Rocco’s very good food!

Small place… can get loud. Great food! Wings, burgers, great steak salad!!! Desserts… amazing! Staff very helpful and very friendly. Earlier is better with children. Did I mention the wings??? There are like 100 wing flavor choices. Check it out.

Really great brunch! Food is perfectly portioned, staff is great! The waitress was attentive and nice. I didn’t pay attention much but I think she was working the bar and floor so she did really well. She didn’t forget about us. I definitely want to come back for a dinner one day. Very great atmosphere.

Wow, wow, wow! I was impressed! I’ll admit, I was guilty of making an assumption. When hubby & I walked in, I thought this was going to be a disappointment. There were only 7 – 8 tables & some bar seats. We lucked out & was seated quickly. Let me start with the drink menu. A flight of Patron tequila? Whaaattt! Yessss! They had flights of Jameson &JD as well. Pricy, but awesome. They had several other drink options to choose from as well. Our server, Shantel, was fantastic! Friendly & very enthusiastic about the menu. Helpful as well in terms of deciding what to get. And she was super attentive. The food was awesome! We got chili topped nachos to start… very tasty & large! Could have gotten away w/just that & splitting a meal… for real. I tried a short rib noodle dish; a special of the day. Extremely well done… so yummy! And hubby got the potato pie: a delicious flatbread pizza topped with mashed potatoes w/marscapone. Desserts looked appetizing, but we had no room. We each brought more than ½ our entrees home. They do have a kids menu; small, but adequate. However, I get more of an adult vibe from this place & probably wouldn’t bring the little ones here for dinner. That being said, I’d bring them for brunch. Definitely want to try that; our waitress sold it well & our mouths were watering despite how full we were. Looking forward to future visits… so much I want to try! Update: Went back for brunch today. Did not disappoint. Got the same waitress as before(Shantel), & she did an amazing job. She was the only server… AND the bartender!

Never imagined we would find a place with such a delicious and expansive brunch menu! Brunch with Alessia(the chef) is always incredible! The stuffed French toast is absolutely delicious — you will never be disappointed!

I like this place a lot — we’ve been here a few times now and haven’t disliked a thing. Great salads and sandwiches for lunch. Had the Italian grinder and it was so perfect! A great mix of old and new with good cold cuts, a toasted roll, and then arugula and halved grape tomatoes. The wings are great. I really like the garlic parm(super crispy!)… The reason I don’t give it five stars? The wait staff sometimes act like they’re doing you a favor by smiling. The space is small, so if you don’t go at off times, it can be crowded. Lastly, the music. I don’t know any place that plays this much gangster rap. It’s a bit annoying.

I went to Rocco’s for the first time tonight. It was packed. On Wednesday they have $ 4 martinis in the evening. I decided to try the fried mozzarella. The menu describes it as «free form.» What I got was two large pucks of fried and seasoned mozzarella sitting in a giant bowl of marinara sauce. It was delicious. The panko breadcrumbs were perfectly crunchy and seasoned. The sauce was a little thin, but good. Only problem is since they sit in the sauce, they can get soggy. I also had a side salad. The portion size was generous. The dressing came on the side. The atmosphere was interesting. I think this is a place I could see myself going and spending a few hours chatting with friends. They have a dj on Wednesday nights. It was a bit loud and kind of confusing. Was there supposed to be a dance party? I’d like to go back when there isn’t a dj. The place was clean. The staff was alright. There was one guy working who was clearing and cleaning tables. He was really attentive. He noticed when we ran low on water and would alert our waitress. He also cleared our plates soon after we were finished, but he didn’t hover.

Rocco’s was empty when we visited. My good friend and I had chicken wings. Hers were hot. Mine were not??? They tasted fine but I would have liked mine hot too. We had a nice salad of mixed greens We had a nice flatbread pizza. The dough was good. I ordered three take outs. The chicken parm sandwich was inedible. The chicken was dry and hard. There was no sauce and the roll was not good. The Cuban sandwich had hard, chewy, burnt ham and the driest pulled pork ever on top. We also ordered a caprese sandwich, which wound up as a salad. Supposed to have fresh and grilled tomatoes. Instead had a half dozen small cherry tomatoes. Also, the French fries were mealy and soaked in grease. Food in restaurant was good. Service was fine. Restaurant was nice. Take out was picked over by family. 75% went in the trash.

I liked the food here, we got nachos as an appetizer, they were really great! For food we got tacos and flatbread, they were ok… the service was the worst part of it, if it wasn’t for me getting the waitresses attention every time I needed her i would have given this place a better review. It was good but I dont think ill come back again.

This is a great spot, one of my favorite casual bars. Driving by, I didn’t expected it would be anything special until I walked in. Rocco’s is a small spot but so cozy. Graffiti on one section of the wall gives it authenticity and a unique modern touch not seen in most bars. Dimly lit lights makes it perfect for a casual night out for drinks or a laid back date night. The music is always great. Whenever I’ve gone, it’s old school hip hop and rap from the 90s. The selection of songs never disappoints. It’s a relatively new space with other new businesses around it, including a hookah bar and restaurant. The only small down side is that the bathrooms are not connected to Rocco’s, but instead separated from it. Restrooms are shared between the three businesses. The atmosphere is great and it’s never dead here. Parking is not an issue either. BBQ wings are good as are the drinks.

Stopped by Rocco’s for some lunch on Thursday. Small, laid back place. I sat at the bar and the bartender was quite nice. I was there for #lordofthewings so I presented my coupons and she helped me to making my two selections. I went with the bourbon buffalo and«Rocco’s Juice» along with some fries. The wings were cooked well, definitely prevailed but good. Could have used a little more sauce on them but that’s just my preference. The Rocco sauce was pretty good, kind of like a honey mustard but creamier… Not super flavorful but good nonetheless. The bourbon buffalo was an excellent blend of sweetness, heat and a dash of bourbon flavor. I loved them. The fries were coated but seem to be home made and had a decent crisp to them(odd side note, I liked the salt on them… It was different). Only odd thing is that the bathroom is pretty much out of the bar and down a hall with other businesses. No big deal though. I’ll definitely be back to try some other stuff

Rocco’s has been on my radar for a bit so I was excited that they took part in the 2016 Lord of the Wings competition. My lady and I ventured out tonight(Saturday) to give it a taste as our first stop. Upon entering, you are immediately standing on the main floor. It’s tiny. Teeny even — but clean, cool looking and busy. We stood for a bit without being greeted for quite a while — and not sure of how to get a seat(though they were all filled). After waiting we noticed a few tables getting their checks and after the first got up was informed it was reserved. We were able to take the next table, gladly accepted, and sat down. We were greeted by the waitress and drinks came out fairly quick. We ordered 2 types of wings(Sweet Sticky and Bruce Lee) for apps as well as some entrees. The wings took a little bit — but after we finished them the main meal was fast behind. The wings — smaller in size(regular pub size) which was a bit of a disappointment with so many(50) flavor options. They wee lightly sauced and presented on a plate. They were decently cooked with some softness and some crunch — but the initial bite — which seemed to promise big flavor — quickly faded into nothing. They were good enough — but not something I would crave or return for. For entrée I went with cavatelli with pink vodka sauce. It was a deceivingly good portion and was very tasty. Wifey had a flatbread which was very tasty. Biggest issue was the space itself. There was a large(at least large for this place) party next to us and we were constantly the victim of a back or a butt basically ON our table. At one point, one of the customers was all but sitting on my leg. The entire time there were glances and whispers directed towards us to move us along in our meal. I get it. It’s a small place — and there isn’t much that could be done — but that, mixed with the lack of acknowledgement or direction when we arrived and a sporadic server who was nice enough — but didn’t give any true attention to the table — it’s loses the extra ½ star I would give if I could. It’s absolutely a place I would return to — but not travel out of the way to visit.

This is our new favorite place! We have only ever sat at the bar, but the service is great each and every time. There aren’t many affordable creative and delicious restaurants in this direct area of northern RI. But Rocco’s is surely one of them. Thursday night is wings night. $.35 cent wings, and I want to say 50 flavors. The«Sticky-Icky» wings are amazing. We have had them several times. What made me write this review was the amazing BBQ flatbread pizza my fiancé and I shared this passed thursday. This pizza has actual onion rings baked on top of it. Also, not too much BBQ sauce which usually ruins most flatbreads. This pizza hit the spot. This is also one of the only places with Curious Traveler Jolly on tap which is one of my favorite beers. We will absolutely return to Rocco’s and hope others realize how much of a hidden gem it is.

If I could give this place no stars I would. We went for lunch and was totally ignored by the bartender. After seating ourselves, we finally did get her attention and ordered. Side note, no one likes being served by someone in filthy yoga pants that are worn plumber style. Our food was actually inedible. Two salads were filled with rotting lettuce. The calamari was overcooked to the point that it was basically squid chips. Tried to get the bartenders attention again. We were one of two tables seated. I think the 2 guys she was chatting up at the bar were much more interesting then a table of 3 women. Finally we just left money on the table and walked out. Honestly someone could’ve walked away with out paying and I don’t think it would’ve been noticed.

The place was pretty cool inside. Our waitress was great. If your into beer they got alot of choices. I went for a burger. I ordered it medium, it was well. The avocado was hockey puck hard from not being ripe. The fries undered cooked so they where hard too. The calamari was just okay. I hate to give only 2 stars but for the price they charge I excepted more.
