Horrible — molded bread — food gross — dirty! Only saving grace was good service by waitress — I think her name was Liz. God bless her cause this place is a mess!!!

Stopped in on a whim looking for a quick bite before heading out. The reviews didn’t look greet but I know they just opened so gave it a try. It was pretty quiet for a Friday night so I was able to get a seat at the bar. The bartender greeted and served me quickly. My drink was cold. My food came out quick. It was hot and cooked the way I asked it. This place has been a few different restaurants. I think the location drives people away. I hope this is not the case and they stay around. Inside is very cozy. Plenty of tvs to check out sports. The menu is pretty big. Adults children even a fussy eater will find something to eat. I’d recommend it for all ages. Whether you want a few drinks or big dinner they have it all. Oh and prices are reasonable too.

I would give minus stars if I could. I have given this place three tries. Hoping that the first or even the second time was just an unfortunate bad night. But after the third try, we won’t be back. And it’s unfortunate as living pretty much next door, if it was good there, could have been a regular weekend place for us. Let me describe each visit. The first time was shortly after they opened. They were advertising«half priced apps» after a certain time. Well we showed up after that time and as we were approached by our shoddy waitress I even expressed that we were going to order several apps and confirmed with her that they were half price. So we order four different apps and a few beers. Beware of their half priced apps scam. When the bill finally came, after we asked for it and waited 20 minutes while the waitress was playing on her cell phone in the back corner. I had to go up to her to ask for it again where she said she had forgotten to bring it. Well when we got the bill we were charged full price for all of the apps. When I asked she said that none of our apps were half price except the potato skins which even then we were charged full price for. When I explained that a) their ad doesn’t mention anything about exceptions b) their menu says nothing about exceptions and c) she never brought to our attention that the apps we ordered were not half price even after I told her our plan for half priced apps. I literally had to argue and threaten to write a nasty scathing review to get our half price apps as advertised. Their excuse was that on the bulletin board when you walk in it says which apps qualify. I called bs on it and said no one reads the stuff put on the bulletin board which I personally think they are hoping for. The manager refused to come over and speak to me and the poor waitress had to talk to him for us before he would do anything with the bill. We spent four hours for four apps between when we were seated to finally we were able to leave. Shady advertising at best! Our second experience got worse. We decided to go one night out of desperation when they had music bingo. We were sat by yet another incompetent waitstaff, this time a waiter. It took him 15 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. We received the food, which sucked, before we got our drinks and then I had to go to the bar to ask for silverware!!! I ordered the daily special of clam cakes and chowder which the chowder came in a bowl the size of half a cup and three clam cakes that were the size of golf balls, which we paid $ 10 for! I left still hungry and pissed. Then half way through the Meal we were approached by a waitress who expressed our waiter had left so now she was taking over. When does that happen? Again a terrible experience. Well the third time was the charm. We decided to try their family style chicken and that was it! Swore never again! This time we had yet a different waitress and the service sucked even more. We had to flag her down every time we needed a drink refill or seconds of the meal. She spent the entire time in the corner across from us on her phone the whole time. I would literally have to go up to her to ask her for things including the check because she never checked on us or even would glance in our direction. She wanted to be anywhere but there. The manager sucks. He walks around miserable and pretty much refuses to talk to you if you ask and you pretty much have to demand to talk to him. He hides out at the bar or in the kitchen most of the time. I will never ever go here again. And as a local I have heard nothing but terrible experiences from friends. I hope you know you are losing a lot of local business because of your poor wait staff and poor management skills.

Yes it’s the old mozzarella, and I have had some good meals in past, but last night was the worst. $ 10 for chicken wings, and only 8 small pieces, and the sauce was horrible, tasted sour…$ 2.80 for a soda water. Place is overpriced and service is questionable… to many other good places in the area, won’t waste my time here.

Weak Mozzarella’s reincarnated at the Ice House. Mozzarella’s wasn’t good and neither is this place. Loud obnoxious female bartender, weak food, poor draft beer. Not much to like here. I actually like the other Fitzy’s in Attleboro, but it has a cooler older bar vibe. Sorry, won’t be back. Thanks

I visited on a Saturday night with husband and youngest son. No wait at all. Fast service as well even though it was busy. They have deals on apps if you sit in the bar section during certain hours(before 5?) but we were a few minutes late. We split the boneless buffalo wings. They offer quite a few sauces. The buffalo was good. Slightly sweet, not your typical Frank’s red hot. My husband got awful heartburn from them but I was fine. We split a pastrami sandwich. It was huge. Portions are all very big. My son had a pizza which was peanut/treenut safe and surprisingly good for a kids personal pizza. I really liked it. Food came out fast and hot. Server was nice. Prices very inexpensive. It was a nice change from our typical chelos.

We grabbed dinner here on Saturday and everything was great! They also have music bingo which I was AMPED about. The food was delicious, service was great and the prices are fair. The only reason I gave four stars is because I’m still not sure this location was the best choice. The building just doesn’t have the right feel for a pub in my opinion. It almost feels awkward? Just something I’m being picky about, no big deal. Other than that, we will return.

Ouuuf where to begin. Bummer to give such a low review, but honestly won’t be returning here. One server for a massive section of seating on a Saturday night. Obviously, this slowed service to an unbearable wait on everything. Additionally, the server butchered the order bc she was overwhelmed. The food was below average. Steak was overcooked, pork was not seasoned at all and bland. Overall thumbs down. Would not recommend.

Decided to stop for dinner tonight with my family. I ordered the blackened haddock with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The haddock came in a plate swimming in butter. It was so greasy it upset my stomach. Sadly the Broccoli was rubbery as well. My son and mother both ordered steak tips and fries. My son’s tips were over cooked. The staff was friendly however. Overall, not the best experience and we will not be back again.

Visited this ever changing location this afternoon for dinner. The restaurant itself is quite nice and well kept in my opinion, the food is sub par. Our server was nice enough and seemed knowledgable of the menu and the owner(?) walked around and did table visits to greet guests which is always nice to see. I got the turkey melt with curly fries which were absolutely terrible unfortunately. I barely touched the fries and ate only half the sandwich, mainly because I was hungry, and that was more than enough. The server asked if I liked my food, I said no, she apologized and took it away. I was not offered anything else, nor was my meal removed from the bill. Being in the restaurant industry myself, paying for the meal was not my concern, however the fact that more steps weren’t taken to improve my clear dissatisfaction as a guest in the restaurant left a bad taste in my mouth(literally, haha). I was even more disappointed since I had been having a pretty good experience up until this point. For this reason, I probably won’t return.

Fitzy’s is the old Motzerella’s. The new location is a 360 from the old. Much more comfortable and enjoyable. The bar has a nastalgic fell to it. Unique and ornate fixtures. I love the high top tables and bar. Menu is 85% the old Motzerellas with a few new or expaneded items. Along with new items are new prices, all of which are higher than the original location/name. Quiet, friendly, older bar crowd, then again it is mid day Sunday. Food looks and tastes like I remember. They could have easily updated the menu with the move and I am honestly surprised that they didn’t do more with it. I ordered a Grileld Balasamic Wrap. Can’t say that it was the best. It was basic. The chicken was cooked in balsamic vinigar… it came dripping wet but tasteless. Whe. You cook vinigar it burns off the flavor. It woukd have been better presented, drained with a touch of balasamic reduction drizzle /glaze.
