We shared the Taco Nachos, and a Philly Cheese Steak. The Cheese Steak… not sure if I’ve had worse. Lots of roll, little filling. Guaranteed that your local sub shop does better. The Taco Nachos… not bad, but poorly assembled, with the toppings mostly on one side of the plate. Also a little skimpy with the toppings. Plenty of chips though.

Worst staff and very unstructured! Won’t be coming here ever! The hostess didn’t know what to do and didn’t even care for the customer! Better off eating at Johnny Rockets!

I’ve been here about half a dozen times now. First of all, Twin River can’t compare to the bigger casinos in nearby CT when it comes to dinning and everything in general. With that being said, Wicked Good is probably the best place to eat at Twin River. The other sit down places are an expensive steakhouse, Johnny Rockets and a food court. The menu is typical sports bar fare. The wings, nachos, burgers and sandwiches are up to par compared to Chillis and Applebees. Service can be hit or miss at times, which is why I’m dropping the review from 4 stars to 3. If you go on a busy weekend or event night, plan to get there before 5 Pm to avoid a wait. Sometimes coupons are readily available for Sunday through Thursday. If you can get one, it makes this place an even better value.

Only reason this is one star is because you can’t give a zero. Place absolutely sucks and the staff is completely worthless. Place is a dump, food sucks and service sucks. I’ve never witnessed a «sports bar» be more oblivious to their customers. People come to watch the games and they do not utilize their TVs whatsoever. It will take a minimum of 4 employees and an hour wait to watch your preferred game. By far the worst sports bar I have ever been, be aware. You are much better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I have always loved this place. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. Went there last night and it was very busy, but we still got a table fast and our food/drinks came out pretty quick too.

Only thing good about this place is the name… very unprofessional host miserable an sloppy appearance couldnt be bothered to do her job …half of the table are empty yet they under staffed an there is an hour wait. The entire restaurant is a complete mess if the front of the house looks this bad I can only image the kitchen one the worst run restaurants I ever been to

Love this place. They have great food and amazing service. The drinks are great and good sized for the money. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Love the sofa or chairs to sit back and relax with friends. We go here often and never have been disappointed. A must try when your at the casino. Only downside is the hours. Would be nice if they stayed open later.

We love the food here and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I usually get the french dip which is always fresh. Love the appetizers too.

Went to watch the 49ers on their direct TV system and was told it was blacked out. Funny thing is they were only showing one game on all of their tv’s. So was it really blocked or was I lied to? We stayed for dinner service was terrible food was ok. I guess it’s time to find a real sports bar. With better service.

Wicked Good — notsomuch. More like Wicked Disappointing. The wait for 3 at 12:15 on VJ Day was supposedly 10 minutes, and they refused to seat 4 tops in the bar or in their spacious(and empty) dining room. We waited over 20, while looking at empty seats. There is no place to sit while waiting, which was quite inconvenient for my grandmother, who uses a cane. We did ask for a chair and were accommodated by a sour puss of a hostess. In the meantime, I went to the bar. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the sole bartender who was obviously more into gossipping than taking on new customers. Weak. We ordered the stuffies for an appetizer and they were a let-down. There was an obscene amount of breadcrumbs and very little of anything else. Bacon or meat? Not in sight. The flavor was bland and I don’t know if there was any seafood in there at all. The plates were not cleared until our lunch was at the table. We were never asked if we’d like water or if we needed anything. Although my grandmother’s soup and my mother’s salmon were okay, my shrimp tacos were completely tasteless. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I mean, I love tacos and expected some sort of spice or seasoning on the slaw, or on the shrimp, but there was none. Dumbfounded. I hate to give 1 star reviews, but Wicked Good needs some wicked help.

Yummy and go for the bases loaded nachos every chance I get. Great place to take my 18 yr old daughter for a lunch date or my husband for a night date. Staff is knowledgable and get the order in buts little slow on checking back after the food arrives since they use bussers. Can’t wait to go back!

If I could give more than 5 Star’s to my server he would get 10!!! It’s sad that only bad service gets reviewed, but when you have exceptional service, someone should take notice. I was visiting from Seattle June 26−27−28th for the Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention walk in Boston. We decided to road trip to RI just to say we had been there. We ended up at Twin Rivers Casino and decided to try Wicked Good for dinner. James was our server. I guess service where I come from is just not that personable, or courteous. I thought James was the most friendly, upbeat, and personable server I’ve ever dined with, EVER. He answered all our questions, and was fast with the refills, and just fun to be around. The food could have been terrible, but we would have still had a great dinning experience with him as our server. It’s unfortunate that I live clear across the continent because, the food was excellent, loved the atmosphere, and James made the side trip to RI worth it. Great little place. Hope to come back someday!

Ehhh. It was sub par our waitress wasn’t too friendly. She seemed pissed off by a co worker. Table was sticky. They have nice big tvs to watch the games on but there was some sort of reception problem. Food was okay but honestly nothing I couldn’t make at home. They need to be a little more creative. A little pricey for what it is.

It wasn’t a good experience 1st off there were bugs everywhere kept getting in our drinks and the food was bland and when you get a dip sandwich and it comes out with something floating in the dip like it was already used gross and last but not least our server he was great unless you needed him asked if I needed another beer I say I’m all set ok I’ll get you one and runs off. So there’s a lot of better sports bars in the area to go to besides here make the better choice.

Twin River«Casino» may not be as fabulous as the other choices in the area but it has its place and so does this bar. Its nice to have a reasonable and casual place to go for a drink/quick meal. I don’t think that this place is a destination bar as much as just a nice place to hangout once you are inside the casino. This place has lazyboys you can sit in at the bar which is sweet if you ask me. Plenty of tvs to watch a game or hangout. The menu is so-so and the food is about average pub fare with slightly inflated prices. same for the drink menu. The service is hit or miss but for the most part its fine. I usually have a good time when I go here. No complaints(4 stars).

I give them 4 stars. Very nice service when I was there last. On a blizzard day, they had an amazing lady her name is Carol. She was super nice and very happy to help. Well done.

I’m giving this place 5 stars but the service can be spotty. First time we were here we had an excellent and attentive waitress whom we left a nice big tip. Second time I had to flag down the waitress to take our drink and food orders. She spent a lot of time gabbing with a table of men for tips and ignoring us. She then tried to tell us she was«busy» then took our orders; comes back 15 minutes later to ask what our order was again. Our jaws hit the floor. We waited over an hour to eat! Once again, why do I give it 5 stars? The saving grace was the manager who came over and served our food personally on the house even though we didn’t complain to him. He was courteous and the food is delicious here. Had the Mac n’cheese hotdog. The portions are also craZy big which isn’t a bad thing, just get a take home box.

Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t wicked good. Although the food was delicious(the stuffed burger), the service is horrendous. We were seated quickly, but waited a while to be greeted. Once we ordered, we waited over 30 minutes for the food. And when we wanted to pay, our waitress was nowhere to be found. We came very close to walking out. So in summary the food is good, but the service is poor. I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap the menu is given the restaurant is located in a casino. The only other saving grace is that one day a week, you can redeem your Twin River points for triple their value. So for example, $ 20 in TR points would actually buy you $ 60 worth of food + drink.
