Ordered the #12. It was made on a sub instead of the usual bread. When asked if it could be made on the sliced bread, employee stated that«that’s the way it comes.» Great pickle. Lackluster customer service.

Terrible service. We were driving through the area & had called ahead to see what time this location opened. They’d said 10:30 so we waited outside until shortly after. Then we proceeded to go into the open doors, verifying they were open. A guy behind the counter just shook his head no. When we asked what time then they’d actually open, he just replied, «We aren’t open now». Huh? So it’s after opening time, doors are open, yet they’re not & can’t tell us when they will. So odd. Terrible customer service & we only hope the manager sees this & can address changes. Lay off the hard partying the night before & weed smoking so you can get with the program, people.

This location has always been my go to whenever I’m on my way across town. Staff has always been friendly and freaky fast! Even with the drive thru! And the shop is incredibly clean! Love the French bread, they have more filling then bread unlike subway! I usually get the beach club, their avocado spread is to die for! Love their kettle chips! Overall great location! And great staff! Love their food!

Im always surprised how fast they are able to make sandwhiches. I always get the hunters club each time i go in. If i ever ask for extra toppings they give it to me at no extra cost. i neve runderstood why some people didnt like jimmy johns. never really had a problem with teh staff of management, thats probably because i dont frequent this one as much i do others.

Went through the drive thru, got the wrong sandwiches without realizing til I was home. Called and was respectful and they said they would send me free sub coupons. A month later, I FINALLY get them, only to see they expired already. I go to use them, explaining what had happened. They were cool about it, but then while they were making my sandwich, one of the guys tells me to «move out of the drive thru, and come in to get my sandwich, because they had other orders.» So I did, but what a freaking rude thing to say to a customer that you already gave a bad experience!!! Mind you, the car behind me hadnt even got their food until after I was walking out to my car, therefore he basically had me move for nothing… I know it isn’t that big of a deal, but the kid sounded annoyed and definitely chose the wrong wording. RUDE. WILLNOTRETURN.

There’s nothing wrong with Jimmy John’s, but also nothing special. The deli meats are average, as is the bread and any veggies or condiments. Maybe the one place where they do stand out is their speed. This location does get cars through the drive thru very quickly, so if you’re low on time and need a quick sandwich, this may just be your place. They do tend to get busy around lunch — just a heads up. I have no problems eating here, but for me there are better sandwich places out there. But that doesn’t stop me from dropping by from time to time for something a little different than my norm.

I wandered into this location while waiting for the mechanic shop across the way to work on my car… They did a decent job on the sub. It was fresh & tasty …(I had the roast beef sub)… The environment was casual… Kids serving the food were friendly … My 1 st Jimmy johns experience ever gets 4 stars. Bravo!

Not a big fan of Jimmy John’s anyway, but the wife enjoys it so I decided to give them a chance again. We ordered online and wanted to experience their«freaky fast» delivery. Well the delivery was fast, 20 minutes, but I ordered the 8″ VITO. It arrived without meat. Really? Yep, lettuce and tomato only. So I called the store, spoke to the manager who really didn’t seem to be very sorry. They promised to bring me another one. So I am currently waiting for it to arrive. Too bad I don’t get to eat with my family tonight, or too bad the manager didn’t seem to care. Let’s see if they are as freaky fast bringing my new sandwich. The clock is ticking.
