I don’t like giving one star reviews because I honestly feel like people should be given a chance to redeem themselves. But nothing about this«family» dental office can be related to family. From their bad customer service from their rude receptionist to their less than professional dentist. My husband went in for possible dental work, they referred him to a specialist. The specialist they referred was extremely honest and said that the tooth can’t be saved. We went back to the dentist to get a refund on the crown that he didn’t need, but they were less than happy to return the money. After getting several run-arounds from the rude receptionist, we finally signed the paperwork. They took down our credit card number and still no refund. So now we wait. We will be going back to our old dentist — thank goodness our née insurance. If you guys are reading this review, lets just hope that they didn’t lose our credit card number on a piece of paper that’s floating around their office.

Sadly, I have Premier Access dental insurance through Western Health Advantage. I am unable to find any dentist on that plan that even gets a 3 star rating. I’m afraid to call these people.

It was recommended that I get 6 crowns. Had to change dentists as my insurance changed. Been going to another dentist, here in Lincoln, for the last 11 years and just had regular cleanings and a small filling in all that time. Now pay $ 1069 for a crown and was told by them that it would be 1,700 if I didn’t have insurance. l looked up cost and it isn’t that high without any insurance. So, I’m a bit upset. Will finish this work and go to another dentist.

Another rip off dentistry company… go somewhere else. Made appt. took over two weeks to get in. Was very upfront that I was not interested in a long list of treatments… crowns, bridges, root canals and implants. I wanted a basic cleaning, polishing and we would address fillings if they were needed. Second rate dentist. not the owner… did my exam(it is well known that dentists hire second tier graduates to do the minorwork so they can do the big $$$ jobs) At first she said she could only polish my teeth since I would not allow her to do the probing for dental disease. I have been told this many times and believe dentists do it as there is so much profit in it and it is usually done by a hygienist, not the Dr!!! I finally agreed to do the do the comprehensive exam so I could get my teeth properly cleaned. Of course she said I had severe gum disease and if i don’t get deep cleaning my teeth could fall out and told me how bad i would look of that happened. I am 66… have great smile and don’t care if my teeth fall out!!! She probed around said I have two cavities. I agreed to have them filled and was scheduled for three weeks out… unbelievable to have to wait that long!!! The price for each filling was $ 110…substantially more than the going rate. Today I was called and told that they told my insurance carrier that they no longer wanted me as a patient since I did not agree to their rip off deep cleaning and they did not want the liability. Can u F — –g believe it?- They said their administrator had reviewed it(hmmm-administrator eh – sounds like a dental mill here). WHY — did it take the\m three weeks to notify and why in the world would they turn down two fillings where their profit was probably $ 220. I am filing a complaint with The California Board of Dentistry. I will keep you posted on my results – in the mean time – find another dentist.
