Worst McDonald’s In Lincoln Nebraska I’ve had a long day at work and I only get a 30 min lunch and I work 2 mins away from this McDonalds. Order ONE Big Mac no pickle. And it take them 20 mins to make it plus handed out 7 orders after mine with had 3 plus items for each order.

This McDonald’s is a great stop for families traveling! So impressed by the cleanliness of the play area, including the structure itself. Also air-​conditioned so it is not stuffy and smelly like so many other play areas.
Also has ‘happy hour’ for special drinks like shakes and frappes from 2−5pm. Staff members were very polite. We did stop when there were few other customers — 2:30pm — but really this is probably the nicest fast food stop we have enjoyed!
Women’s restroom was clean, and both restrooms had baby changing stations. Parking lot was large, and there were several shady spots.

This is the worst Mcdonalds in Lincoln. After a long day of kids activites I just wanted to get some nuggets for them. We waited and waited in the drive thru and when we finally got our food and got home, the chicken was not cooked, it was literally raw. That to me is the most disgusting thing on earth. The french fries were stale and cold. When I called to tell them about the chicken they blamed me for not checking the food first before my daughter ate it. Silly me I trusted Mcdonalds to serve food that was cooked. Never going there again.

Good service, my orders have always been correct including my daughter’s special order items. The drive through is fast, the dining area and bathrooms are cleaner than most other McDonalds.
