This place should be bulldozed and leveled to the ground. Come in on Monday night at 6:30 to find two local drunks drinking $ 2.50 beers and a waitress/cook that can’t figure out how to make change for a $ 2.50 beer out of $ 6.00… Three months ago, they had a 3 page menu. Now it’s a single sheet of paper with a few burgers. appetizers and a $ 10 pizza plus toppings. The burger that one of the drunks ordered looked OK. But considering that the pub was in the local paper(lincoln journal star, August 2015) for 5 health code violations(roaches, expired food. Etc…). I’ll pass on food A trip to the restroom. And the smell of a ripe porta-potty leaves this reviewer with one statement Run away, far away from this place

Wife and I both had burgers. Wife’s single meat party was about 3 inches in diameter. Looked lost in the bun. Both burgers were on cold buns. My burger was sorta OK. Fries were luke-warm. It was a great disappointment after the glowing descriptions we had read earlier that day. We had gone there to hear the live music, which was good. Mixed drinks were so weak I wondered if alcohol rationing had been imposed. The restrooms were not clean, and generally looked like they hadn’t been maintained for decades. Overall this was a very disappointing evening.

I went to Luckie’s with a larger group on a Friday night around 9:30pm. There were plenty of people there but we found a nice big table towards the back. Karaōke was set to start but not many people had signed up to sing. Our waitstaff was attentive and got our food and drinks orders fairly quickly. She did return for refills and to make sure our food was ok. Menu: a fairly large menu full of delicious options. Our group ordered the bbq nachos, a patty melt, chicken tenders, the swiss mushroom burger and a philly. Thenachos were huge and the meat on them was dleicious with good flavor and just enough sauce. No complaints on the patty melt, philly or burger. The chicken tenders were kinda of big but how is that a problem? Fries were fresh. We ordered some corn nuggets for an appetizers and every one really enjoyed them. Price: I don’t recall the prices but thought they were a good fit for the amount of food you get. Location: this location is located in a hotel on Cornhusker. Easy to get in out of the parking lot, plenty of lighting, not crowded with a lot of people. Overall, we liked it. Overall: I would definitely recommend returning.
