In town for a few meetings and the screw in my glasses fell out. Called and then walked over to Pearle and they fixed me right up, with a smile to boot! Saved my life.

I was visiting from out if town and needed new contact lenses. They were so helpful and professional and were able to locate my strong prescription in a trial pack making it possible – and affordable – for me to get through my trip with lenses. Julie was the person who helped me and she was great in working with my eye doctor’s office from NYC to make sure she had the info she needed to find the right lenses. Highly recommend.

I went here for an eye exam and went back a few days later to ask for them to provide the pupillary distance, and they wanted to charge $ 15 for it. I think this should be part of the eye exam and prescription if it is required to fill prescription lenses. I won’t be going back to Pearle…
