Favorite phở place! Even in California– when I’m home in Nebraska, I have to go get phở from Phở Factory. Fast carry out, delicious food, can’t ask for more!

Really great place! I visited after being introduced to homemade Vietnamese food from my boss. The phở was great! I can be rather picky with my garnishments in the phở, it was nice because a side plate of limes, jalapeños, Chinese roots, and other items. To start off, we ordered one order of the spring rolls, which is two larger rolls and the peanut sauce. Great too! My boyfriend loves spring rolls and mentioned he could eat three orders of those alone. I ordered a medium phở bowl with the meatballs. My boyfriend ordered a large spicy phở bowl. One word of advice, listen to fellow Unilocalers on this! The bowls are HUGE. I thought I would be able to eat my full medium, I walked out with over half my bowl in a take-out container. The service was good, even though they looked to be a little short staffed. The ambiance is great and modern, lovely place! As I said, this was my first restaurant experience of phở and it was great! Thanks Phở Factory, I’ll be returning.

Walked in for some lunch and had to wait to be seated. They were understaffed and all of the tables had dirty dishes on them. Once I was seated I waited for around 25 minutes and I wasn’t served any water or even asked. Nobody took my order so I left and grabbed a sandwich next door. Maybe their food is good? I wouldn’t know, left because of poor service and a lack of cleanliness.

Because I work in Lincoln, I find myself dining here frequently for lunch. My first experience at Phở Factory was lackluster because of the greasy phở broth, but perhaps they just had a bad day. I haven’t had a problem with the broth since. It’s been tasty and consistent every time. I have also tried a few other dishes. Their bun bo hue is delicious. I went through a phase when I ate it every week for a month. I have to admit that it’s as good as my mother’s, though I am sorry that they do not include the pig’s blood cake pieces. This noodle and broth dish always comes with ample meat. I often have to tell them«less meat.» Their plate of veggies and herbs is always fresh. The grilled pork and vermicelli noodle salad is also tasty– the best you’ll find anywhere. The portion is perfect. They serve it with fried egg rolls as well and it’s delicious. The spring rolls are still consistent and the best I’ve had in NE.

I am no Phở expert, but I have been to a couple restaurants and this was one the low end of the handful of places I have been. The place had a dog food smell when we walked in and the staff couldn’t answer all of our questions. The food was okay, but inconsistent. My friend ordered the same thing as me and her soup was over powered by a particular spice. Furthermore, my vegetarian friend got a meatball in his dish.

I have had my share of Phở but the Phở Factory always does a great job! Even though it is hard I have tried other dishes than the Phở bowls and they were great too. My go to is always the Phở but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone to try one of the other menu items!

Very big open restaurant. Has a high class atmosphere but you can wear and be anyone if you decide to come. The food is good, I usually just order phở whenever I go here and it tastes good enough. I believe the owners are viet so you’ll get an authentic and traditional meal here.

Food was just ok and the service was lacking a bit. I’ve had much better Phở elsewhere. Alas, it’s been in other states. So, pretty good for NE? Maybe… I’m still checking out other places though. The amount of Phở was enough to be filling and was a lot for lunch. As others have noted the overall cleanliness is in question.

This place was a more upscale phở place, be the standards have gone down significantly. The front of house is just not clean anymore. They have a help wanted sign out front, but basic things like cleaning up boxes or clearing bus bins should still done. I hope the kitchen has kept its standards high. From the taste of the food it appears they have. We waited a long time for service but still felt rushed. We may try this place one more time, but if they don’t improve their front of house we will go back to their tried and true competition across the street.

I’ve had phở in many cities on the east coast but I love the phở here the most. Their spring rolls are great, too. Each time I go in there, I tell myself I’m going to try something different off the menu but I really just want the phở

Came here with my friend because we are on a cross country road trip and needed a warm bite before retiring. Surprisingly Lincoln has a large enough Vietnamese population to sustain several Vietnamese restaurants. We came in around 7 pm on a Sunday night and there were still about 20 ppl in the restaurant. I ordered a medium phở with all the best toppings, and my friend had the large photo with steak, meatballs, and brisket. The portion sizes were a bit smaller than I am used to, the phở broth wasn’t that tasty either. However the service was really friendly and prices were affordable so they get 3 stars. Very generous with the bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes as well. If you’re driving across country and feel like some hot fresh food that’s not fast food you should definitely make a stop here !

My favorite restaurant in Lincoln! My first time I had never had phở and came on a snowy/blizzard day as a lunch date with myself. The waiter was so helpful and didn’t make me feel like an idiot since I had not eaten this type of food before. I got spring rolls and a huge bowl of phở for like $ 11 I tipped him $ 10 on top of that that’s how good the experience was. Soup was addicting. I have since been back like 5 or 6 times just for the tofu spring rolls with the most magical peanut sauce ever. The king crêpe is huge, flavorful and fun. Service has always been outstanding wether they are busy or slow. It’s fun to go to the market next store and see all the fun stuff too and then stop by bahnwich for a bubble tea for desert. I go here at least once a month. Great place, great food, great service I can’t even say enough awesome things about them! Keep up the great work I couldn’t fulfill my cravings without them!

I am surprised that this place has such high ratings. Been a few times and haven’t been impressed, strongly prefer the mom and pop place down the street, and here’s why. On one occasion they were actually out of phở broth when we went. Granted, it was later in the evening, but still. So we ordered a seafood soup. When it arrived at our table with the little flame under it, I quickly discovered that the seafood was still frozen. When I notified my server, her response was that it should cook with the flame. I’m sorry, what? This is not accurate. About 10 minutes later, I was able to talk to someone else who apologized and took it back to the kitchen to actually be cooked before returning it to us. The flavor was fine, but the whole experience was very off-putting. The phở broth itself is fine. Not my favorite, and not the worst I’ve ever had. I think other places have more complex flavors. Given this and my experience listed above, I generally decide to take my phở business elsewhere.

My wife is more of a Phở fan than myself. I have had a few meals here and they are consistent. I like the food and the spring rolls were good. The service and prices are ok too. Overall, a worthy Phở place.

I love the concept of this place. Being Vietnamese myself, I’m accustomed to most Asian restaurants having tacky décor and oddly assembled bathrooms/storage rooms. This place was nothing like that. In fact, the first thing I noticed is how thoughtful the interior was designed and I thought to myself«it would be sweet if we had one of these in Omaha». We were going here for a graduation celebration so we had a party of like 30 people. They were very accommodating and tried to be as attentive as possible. Ordering was a little bit chaotic, but we got everything we ordered(albeit in weird time spurts). I really like how the menu was arranged too… instead of list every combination of food, they listed it out like Chipotle– pick your noodle, pick your meat, pick your toppings, etc. Onward to the food… it was aight. I grew up eating Vietnamese every day so I have had a broad range of foods(from relatives, even Vietnam too) so I think I have a good idea of what counts as good. We started off with spring rolls and they were good, however, the hoisin sauce was really running/watery. The eggs rolls were just average, nothing stood out for me. For my entrée, I ordered the large brisket Phở. It came in this ginormous bowl so I was expecting an amazing amount of food, however, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t more noodles or meat and that it consisted mostly of broth(too much broth in my opinion with the meat/noodle ratio). The flavor was good, however, it was lacking in saltiness and probably could have used a bunch more fish sauce. Overall 4 stars for décor 4 stars for service 3 stars for food 3.75 stars for value Prices were really fair as the large bowl was $ 9-$ 10. I would go again, but it’s definitely not the best Vietnamese I’ve ever had.

This was my first phở experience so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I really enjoyed the experience. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the faint smell of star anise, a distinctive flavor found in Vietnamese broth. The décor is very nice, very updated, but I will say the noise level made it hard to hear my friends and after a while(we stayed for a couple hours) those hard wooden seats in the booth are not comfy. I started off with spring rolls, only $ 4 for two large, fresh rolls stuffed with shrimp, pork and chicken. The flavor was quite nice, an herb I can’t put my finger on, but so fresh and crisp. I love spring rolls and have a hard time finding them in town. I’ll be back for these alone! I do not like peanut sauce so I can’t give much of a review on that. For my entrée, I decided to give phở a go. It was tasty. It is and isn’t like a bowl of chicken soup. It’s loaded with noodles and meat(you can pick up to 5), veggies and spices with a broth seasoned with star anise. A small(with the spring rolls) was more than enough to fill me up and I ended up taking some home(it reheated very well). Two of my friends also had phở, opting for the tofu, and my other friend ordered the fried noodle bowl which I sampled. It’s essentially a bowl of noodles with meat and veggies and the chicken is good, has a unique flavor. Our intention was to actually meet for drinks but it turned into dinner and drinks and we were happy to see Phở had ‘some’ selection for drinks. Two of my friends had the lotus mixed drink, another had a mojito and I had a siracha bloody mary. It was good, it wasn’t very strong and it was very full! Wine looks a little pricey, $ 11 for a glass one pinot noir. They don’t have a lot of options but they do have some. The entrée prices are extremely reasonable. I had the spring rolls, my small entrée and ordered lemongrass chicken with rice noodles to go and it was $ 30. So reasonable! The service was good. Our server seemed very nervous, unsure of himself, but after hearing our orders, he said them back perfectly, no paper required. That was impressive. His lack of confidence, not so much. I wonder if something was going on behind the scenes b/c he mentioned the boss was behind the bar(and filling drinks way too full/they overflowed on the way to our table). I asked for a to go cup and it took a few asks before I got it. And, again, it was SO loud. I didn’t like that. But it wasn’t enough of a turn off to not go back. I’m excited to try more menu items and get my husband involved.

Phở is my antidrug… the broth is ONPOINT. I heard about this place from a few local foodies. Theres a few competitors in the area with the traditional mom and pop vibe. Phở Factory is a little bit more modern/contemporary but that means nothing, its whos behind the kitchen doors that really matters. Legit from start to finish. Phở Tai, egg rolls and a cold import did the trick.

My first trip to the Phở Factory today. Unilocalers were right on the money with this place. It was delicious. The Spring Roles weren’t just delicious, they were a work of freaking art!(See the photos). Delicious and the peanut dipping sauce was a nice compliment. I had the meatball, brisket and flank Phở and it was perfect. Except that they added a TON of cilantro, which I hate. I asked the waitress who assured me I could order it without cilantro next time, which I shall. But it was hearty, tasty and meaty. Our service was perfect and our waitress couldn’t have been better. Our drinks never even made it to half empty. I can’t wait to go back and do more exploring on the menu.

Yes compared to Omaha where I live, phở factory has wayyyy better phở. I think this has to do with the large Vietnamese population that lives in Lincoln vs Omaha. I still like House of Hunan in Lincoln also for phở. The pricing between the two are close, Phở factory offers a more trendy eating environment where I noticed Americans seem to feel more comfortable. Beside that, it has a convenient location next door to a well stocked Asian market, perfect for lunch and then shopping afterwards. What I particularly like about phở factory is you can customize your bowl of noodles. From the bowl size, to broth, to meat(brisket, flank, tendon, meatball, chicken etc) you can make your ultimate bowl to your liking. The service was great and the menu also has a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing!!! First time I have ever had phở and the medium bowl is a whole meal!!! The brisket phở is my favorite!!! The spring rolls are amazingly fresh. I love that they give you basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, etc. to put in your phở!!! Service is always amazing and friendly. Super knowledgeable! If you have any questions they are happy to answer! Love phở factory and come every time I visit Lincoln.
