Piezoni’s

I have been ordering from the Lincoln, RI shop for some time now and have looked to it as a go-​to for take out both at home and at work. Last night, I placed an order for delivery at 7:15pm for 2 large pizzas and 1 gluten free pizza (best GF pizza around). I received a 30 minute wait time. At 8:40 I called the shop to make sure that we hadn’t been forgotten, and at 9pm we were greeted with 3 cold pizzas. I’m sure that it being a Saturday the route was very busy and this is an isolated incident, however $ 50 worth of cold pizza was not what we had envisioned when we ordered.

I read some negative reviews on here and was a little skeptical about giving this location a shot. I’ve had pizza and sandwiches from a few of their other locations and was always satisfied.
We shared pizza, a calzone and a greek salad and to have to say that everything was really, really good. I had no issues with the staff. In fact the manager came out and chatted with us for a few minutes to make sure we were pleased with our order. Seems like a real good guy. Now that I’m in the Lincoln area a little more because of my job I will definitely add this Pizeoni’s to my rotation.

The pizza, calzones and salad are pretty good. Everything else is pretty bad. We have been here several times and as previous reviews have said the staff is inattentive, pays little to no attention to detail and is more interested to hanging out in the kitchen talking to each other than taking care of customers and business.
Last night was worse than ever, they played screamo rock music way too loud and despite requests to tone it down or change it, it continued.
The pizza is often overcooked and when waiting way too long you just take it well done or wait another 25 minutes. Really?
Obviously this is owned by an absentee franchisee and business must be good as there ar elicited choices to dine in this area and they get away with it.
Whatever…

Overall, this place has a broad menu, with lots to chose from. I order from here on fairly consistent basis as my office is located nearby. They really need to work on the little details such as making sure they get take-​out orders correct (why have a notes section on your online ordering process if you aren’t going to read the requests?) and having orders ready on time.
Beyond that, the chicken used in salads and sandwiches is WAY over-​salted; almost inedible in some cases. With a little attention to detail, this place could be great.

When we walked in there was no line and four people working. We waited about 8 minutes at the counter (hoping) for someone to take our order, but we did not even get any acknowledgement for standing right in front of them. Granted there was one person right behind the counter doing something but she could at least say ‘hi! I’ll be right with you’. But nope… Apparently that’s too much service according to this PieZoni’s. So, we walked out and decided to spend our money somewhere else.

I ordered a steak tip salad and was quoted 20 minutes for it to be ready. I just left here after waiting 55 minutes for a salad. There was no order of customers that were serviced. My poor friend ordered the same thing and had to wait longer then i did when she ordered first! Orders were ready and were not announced. I was so excited to try this place out but after the poor customer service i will proably never return. No salad is worth the pain.

A co worker and I are here now for lunch, we arrived before the lunch rush, there was only one person ahead of us in line…35 minutes and 2 inquiries as to where our lunch is later and we finally have our food, seriously? They have a small army working in the back, piss poor management is definitely to blame, we didn’t even get a sorry, just the food dumped on the table in front of us… too bad, the food is good, but not good enough to only have a minute to eat on a lunch break that was wasted.

If you don’t have a long time to wait for your food or want it made correctly, this place isn’t for you. I came here on lunch break and ordered a salad but specifically requested no mushrooms. I had to say my order a few times since the cashier just didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to order… it almost seemed like she wasn’t paying attention, yet there wasn’t much else going on. I made sure to say numerous times I didn’t want mushrooms. Then my friend ordered after me, she ordered the same salad. The cashier again didn’t understand… she kept asking if she wanted a steak sandwich…
We sat down and waited close to 30 minutes for the food to be ready… they brought it to the table and what do you know? My salad had mushrooms in it… I sent it back and had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be remade. They never apologized.
The food was good, I have no complaints, but 2 of my coworkers ordered buffalo chicken salads and got very sick from it. A different coworker, who wasn’t there this particular time, said she won’t go back because she also got very sick after eating there. Luckily i didn’t have this problem but now knowing this, I most likely won’t return.

I regret having to write a bad review for a restaurant in Lincoln as we have so few good ones
but this one is terrible. Unacceptable food. The space is nice and clean and the staff was very nice but that is the only good thing I can say… will never go there again.

Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour only to be told «sorry we gave your food to another customer we can start it now» … Horrible customer service. Truly disgusted with the service

Food is always good. The staff is always very nice. Usually do delivery food is always nice and hot looks and taste great

It’s your typical run of the mill pizza place. Pizza was ok and so we’re the sides. It’s along the line of a Domino’s. If you want good quality pizza go to supreme. If you are looking for something quick than stop here. Pizza isn’t horrible but it certainly isn’t the best. Service was just ok and we were the only family in there

My company orders out every Friday, this past Friday we decided to try Piezoni’s. We placed an order at 11:45 only to recieve it at almost 2:15 — nearly 2 ½ hours later! People were furious and starving and some people were leaving after lunch that day so they never even got to eat.
When we called to ask where our order was we were rudely told they were no longer taking orders and tried to hang up, until we screamed WAIT and once we did get them to listen they told us «online orders take 1 ½ hours» which is funny since our email confirmation said 45 minutes.
Needless to say the staff was terrible and the service was worse. We will never be ordering from there again.

Delivery was 90 mins and they still wanted me to pay for it rather than preparing a new order. The manager spoke to me on the phone like I never ordered takeout before. Very disappointing.

I placed a large order today for several coworkers. It took more than 2.5 hours to be delivered. I called to check on my order twice and was told it was on the way. 45 minutes later it finally arrived. Food was cold and certainly not worth the wait. I won’t be ordered from here again.

If there was a way to give a negative star count I would. I can’t even begin to describe the frustration just to get a pizza from this place. Simple delivery order, waited over 1.5 hours. Called to check on it and was told it was on its way. Waited another 20 minutes, called back to find out the food hadn’t even gone in the oven yet and «we’ll get it there when it’s done».
Never again.

Buffalo chicken salad is where its at. I eat here at least three times a week. Good food, delivery, and friendly staff

This place is almost the perfect lunch spot! My only complaint is the dine in service is a little slow. Most people only have 30 to 45 min for lunch so I wish it was a little faster. But they make up for it with the food. I’ve ate here at least 10 times this summer. The chicken supreme, big bird, pastrami are my favorite. The salads, pizza, and the calzones are also good. The only sandwich I didn’t like was the chicken parm. The chicken was so small compared to the bread. But overall I am a big fan

Really, really disappointed in the customer service here. We ordered delivery via the website and five minutes AFTER it was supposed to arrive, got a phone call that they weren’t going to deliver our pizza because we were a mile outside their delivery radius. Um, ok, but couldn’t you have told us that when we ordered so that we could actually come pick up a hot pizza? Or tell us that you’ll make an exception this time because you let us order and wait 45 minutes? At this point we were starved and wanted the pizza so we truck over there to pick it up and got zero apology or even mention of the situation until my friend brought it up. The person checking us out seemed like she really wanted to avoid talking about it, just said that if she sent her driver out the trip would have taken him 20 minutes. This was a Monday night, so I’m not sure why she couldn’t have made a one time exception for the fact that it took them 45 minutes to figure out the error. Also, I had paid online but had the delivery drivers 20% tip out waiting on the table, so he totally missed out on that. Even a sincere apology would have made me happy, but it just seemed like they wanted to avoid the subject. On our way out she asked if we wanted a free salad or bottle of water. Um, no, I wanted a hot pizza that I paid for delivered to my house. Instead I got lukewarm pizza that finally arrived over an hour after it was ordered. The pizza was good but I’m not interested in patronizing somewhere with such poor customer service.

The fam decided to try PieZoni’s, the new pizza and sub place in Lincoln. Friendly service, well staffed for a Friday evening and the prices are reasonable. The menu has a nice selection of pizzas, subs, salads, calzones and burgers. The dining area is clean and bright, with multiple tables to chose from.
Hubs and I went with the Mediterranean pizza and a garden salad. Teen boy chose a bacon and pineapple calzone. Our food came out quick and hot. It was loaded with toppings that were very fresh tasting. Teen boys calzone was very good, so much so that I might get one next time. The salad was fresh and big enough for all of us.
We’re so glad we tried PieZonis tonight. I have a feeling we will soon be regulars!
