Manville Palace Pizza

It gets 2 stars solely for it being open till 4 am, other than that the white pizza was kinda terrible. Not to mention the delivery charge was just as much as the pizza!

Really bad food and even worse staff. Give this one a pass.

I wish I could give these clowns negative stars. As a person living with ALS and a speech impediment, I was treated so rudely I am appalled! While I was using a speech generating device I was being interrupted and told to speak English. I was then told to call some other Pizza place. They lost a customer permanently. Add to that, when I had someone call to complain on my behalf, they defended their behavior and did not even try to apologize or even take the order. I wish they could realize how much pizza I buy, even large orders for groups. They will never see a dime more!

The worst ham sandwich ever. Two slices of deli ham on a large roll does not a ham sandwich make. Looks like I’ll have to start ordering from their nemesis, Supreme Pizza. Not looking g forward to that either.

Pizza itself was fairly good, but lukewarm by the time it arrived. The delivery guy showed up a half hour after the said (they’d estimated 45min) and then asked for a second tip.

The absolute worst customer service in the world. I had been ordering 1 – 2 times a week consistently over a 8 year period. Ordered a pizza recently and they delivered the wrong kind. When I called to complain I was told I was wrong and the girl answering the phone was right (I don’t think her limited grasp of the english language was the issue). They refused to correct the problem (my order was only a small pizza). When I asked to speak to the owner I was told he is never there and doesn’t really care anyways.

I love the fact that they are open to delivering to pretty much anywhere late night. Their food is good as well. I would love it if they added a gluten free menu as I have celiac disease and am limited to what I can order. If it was during normal business hours, I would have placed an order though another pizza delivery place close to my house that offers gluten free options.

Ordered based upon online menu. Price online for a small sub $ 5.55. Have a few subs delivered and now the prices are different and its now 6.99 for a small. Called told me the prices are old online. The Italian had one slice of Bologna, ham and salami w/​salad greens thrown on top… horrible. I can go to Pawtucket House of Pizza and get a large for the same price as theres and it’s loaded with meat and vegetables. Got a chicken salad and the roll was cold and the chicken salad was warm… gross. Save your money and go somewhere that cares

Food for the most part is good. The prices are a little outrageous. For a salad and a pizza with a drink is over $ 35. It is a convenient thing to have delivery at what ever time of night but at what price. Also the last 2 orders they forgot my drinks.

Local resident. Order same pizza all the time Sicilian super cheesy pizza with pepperoni. My question: Doesn’t super cheesy mean SUPER CHEESY! Never consistent. Just got it tonight– costs about $ 25 and guess what… not SUPER CHEESY-​a matter of fact-​more like BARELY CHEESY. Don’t charge me more and give me less. That’s annoying.

I love Manville Palace Pizza! The crust is complex with loads of flavor, crispy on the outside and still fluffy and soft in the center. Pizza perfection!

No idea how the food is. After 2 phone calls, speaking to the order taker, and a second person (assumed manager) weren’t able to complete our order. We were fine with the fact they were missing ingredients (onion rings), but after talking us out of one, into a third choice… The coupons we have don’t apply because they’re «gourmet» pizzas… Bbq, sauce, bacon, burger… Is gourmet? Whatever. Cancelled the order, not going to try again.

Great place for take-​out delivery. Most of the time they get to my house within 20 minutes of ordering! I like the BBQ Chicken salad. Prices are average.

Best drunk pizza in the area. Hands down. Having a good night? Finish it with this awesomeness. Drunk beyond all belief? Order this awesomeness. Hits the spot!

Awful place to order anything. I decided to order a large pepperoni calzone from this place and i had to explain what I wanted like 3 times before they understood what I wanted. Then when I opened up the pizza box it was like someone decided to punch my calzone and juggle it like a carny. This calzone was shit and there was nothing I could do about it. Can’t wait to order it again and punch myself in the dick.

I said «crispy» not BURNED.
Fried ravioli and chicken parm with pasta, simple enough, right? I guess not. Black chicken skin and black fried dough on the ravioli from Manville would beg to differ…

I have ordered from this place a bunch of times. When ordering through foodler, they take forever, tell me how some fries, 2 waters, and a tuna salad takes 50 minutes to deliver. The delivery driver stepped out of his car, with an obvious attitude, completely unprofessionally dressed for work… Brought in my food, and seemed in a total rush. Not once did he even bother to smile or say thank you.
On top of that it looked like they just gave me all the tuna salad they even had left on the top of my salad. Though I do have to say the greens were fresh, tomatoes, not so much. I spit them in the trash. The dressing they gave me was honey mustard. NOT a fan. It was spicy and gross. The wedges were tasty, however, they didn’t dry them off enough, the grease came right through the bag… Gross. I mentioned it to the delivery guy, and was not even granted with a response, let alone an apology… Meh.
Not a fan of this place at all.
Only reason I keep coming back is because they are the only ones who deliver to my work… *sigh*
When are businesses going to learn its all about bedside manner and product.

Not the best pizza in RI, but not the worst by far either. Not to many places to get a pizza delivered at 4am. The sandwiches and pretty decent too. Oh and they have really good french fries.

The driver, although new, was impolite and rude. This was upsetting, but only marginally so compared to our conversation with the manager we spoke to following this incident, who was outright mean. He, we never got his name, berated my wife, who has spent about $ 200 here in less than two months, for almost 30 seconds. We refused those pizzas, and will continue to not recommend their business.
The problems are systemic.
If you’re in the area, Gusto Pizzaria is nearby and excellent. Unfortunately, they’re only open until 10pm most nights, which is why we ordered from Manville.

I’ve had the pleasure of trying the food here a few times recently and it has been a great experience each time.
— The staff takes your order quickly and efficiently.
— They deliver until 4am daily, which is really great when you just need that slice of pizza in the middle of the night.
— The food is fresh, which is always a nice surprise from fast food places.
–if you’re a vegetarian, there is still plenty to choose from.
