Worst Papa Johns experience ever!!! The guy who takes the order is sooooo rude! Please leave the job if you don’t like it… Don’t ruin papa johns name! I have ordered from this place for past 3 years but last 1 year or less everytime I think to give it a chance this guy makes sure he treats every person either in person or if you are on phone to be ultra rude! Worst experience was I called them at 11:45 pm to ask if you will take an order and I am just 10 mins away to pick it up said ok on phone but when reached at 11:50 pm mind u 11:50 he did not open the door and said on our face we are closed! Beware owner! Jut as an FYI, I am papa johns lover for so many years in general!

I absolutely love the pizza, we just stopped by for take out, I ordered 2 large 3 topp for 8.99 each. it was so cheap I wanted to add another one, for some reason I said small. You would think that the order taker would suggest their promotion or offer you a better deal, NOPE not here. Almost 11.00 for a small 2 toppings. It didn’t hit me until I was driving home, worse costumer service in a long time.

How much information do you need for me to pick up a pizza? If you don’t feel like giving your life history for an online order, be prepared to call in and give slightly less. Add to that mediocre pizza at best, and now a delivery fee of **$ 2.85**, and you’ve got some great reasons to never order from here. The delivery fee is insane and just ensures people don’t tip the drivers as much, or anything. DONOTORDERFROMTHISCOMPANY. I suggest J&D’s a bit up the road. You get better portions and vastly better quality.

Ordered a pizza from here to watch football. Best way to describe my experience is meh… The pizza was kind of bland and I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and there were about 1 to 2 pepperonis and mushrooms on each slice. The one highlight is the garlic sauce that comes with the pizza so your crust becomes a bread stick. When talking about pizza, the crust should not be the best part. They should spend more money on their toppings than their commercials. If you want pizza, I wouldn’t waste your time.

Nothing great with this pizza. theres much better pizza out there. bland crust and most of the time skimpy with the toppings. As far as pizza chains are concerned papa johns is the worst.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks tonight and the pizza was not what I ordered(or received in a confirmation). For someone who has dietary restrictions and couldn’t eat what I received this was very disappointing!

Worst pizza delivery ever. Ordered a pizza and wondered where it was an hour later. Called to inquire– was given attitude by the person who picked up the phone, and the pizza was cold and had congealed/absorbed the cardboard box. would NEVER order from there again.

I grabbed a medium cheese on my way home from work yesterday. $ 6.48 using a coupon code from Slickdeals( ). I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza. The sauce is better than most of the chain pizza places. The pizza came with a small tub of garlic sauce and pepperoncinis on the side. I could really get used to having that garlic sauce on pizzas regularly. My diet will hate it, but this place is growing on me.

The further you get from Kentucky the worse this pizza tastes. Pizza chains have no business being within 20 miles of Providence where people know good pizza(and food)!

A group of us tried ordering online on 4.23 Easter weekend to take advantage of the half off promotion that Papa John’s was running. The website was apparently down due to a high volume of traffic. We called in thinking they would offer the same discount but the manager quickly told us «We don’t have the authority to offer that discount over the phone.» He also directed us to call the customer service line to make any additonal comments. After being on hold for 8 minutes, the customer service department then told us that descision fell on the franchise owner to authorize any discounts. The concept of customer service is taking care of problems, ideally before they arise but more realistically as they happen. The concept of customer service is NOT passing the buck to the next tier of deniability.
