I was in line for 30 minutes at 7:00 pm. Finally left and will never go back. They should accommodate the dinner rush with more employees. Poor management.

Yeah this would be a 0 if it was a choice. Got drive through and got home to part of my casadilla missing and looking like Helen Keller cut it. posted a picture. Maybe the minimum wage raise will get people that give a crap and have some work ethics, probably not. Having a mutilated meal, not a big deal. Not getting all I paid for, you suck.

I found that this location can be very slow during dinner time. The length of the drive-thru is not long enough to accommodate the volume of customers. I think the reason why they mess up orders is because of the overwhelming amount of patrons during dinner and lunch. I guess I am one of the few people who are smart enough to download the Taco Bell app. I literally placed my order, checked in, drove 10 minutes, picked up my order and walked out while having about a dozen clueless people wondering what the hell just happened. I just wanted to close my review with how I had went for breakfast just now and was in and out the drive thru in under 5 minutes.

S L O W. Extremely slow in drive thru and take out, no matter what time you go. Workers standing around, inefficient food prep lines; I’ve actually driven to the Pleasant Grove location & picked up food while my husband waited in line & my trip was faster. So disappointing.

I waited a couple of months after it opened because the lines were so long, i still had to wait forever in drive thru. I came back a couple of months later, this visit too longer! why?! unacceptable! I think I could walk over to raleys(same parking lot), buy the ingredients and cook it up faster. I won’t be wasting any more time here.

It should not take 25 minutes in a drive thru line. It is Taco Bell. I have never been in a slower drive thru line and it is consistently slow.

I’d rate this place 0 stars if I could. I got here at 6:30 with friends to go grub, and we did. We ordered more food for my friends at home at 6:50. We had 4 items to go, all simple items. More people came in shortly afterwards, ordered their food, big orders, and they got their food before us. People who were waiting in front of us got free food. We waited 45 minutes, until 7:35 to get the food. When we requested food like the others, they refused to do so. We got home and all of our food was cold. They started eating, and one of my friends found a long hair in his food. Not okay in my book, or anyone else’s that I know. I’m on the toilet typing this as I type, and it’s not going well. Thanks TB. Over and out. UPDATE: it’s almost 3 o’clock on thanksgiving morning and my bowels are rumbling like a Midwest storm.

I’m so disappointed in this TB. We waited so long for it to open too, what a colossal let down. First time I ordered a cantina bowl, I asked for no onions and was told«it doesn’t have any onions». Guess what there are onions in the pico and this dish comes with pico. So, being allergic, I tossed my lunch and chalked it up to human error, we all make mistakes. Second time, I ordered the same this but with no pico. Good, there were no onions… BUT the rice was crunchy throughout, like they scraped the bottom of the pan or is wasn’t cooked nearly long enough. Let down #2. And…today I decided that third time would be a charm. Ordered the same thing again and my lettuce has some decent lettuce but it’s mixed with some really old, dark green, wilted, and get this… slimy lettuce. YUCK! Are you freakin’ kidding me TB owners? So, I pose this question to the owner… Are you instructing your employees to mix old food with fresh food in hopes to save money? All you are going to do is get a bad name and lose business. Perhaps this is why your lines have shrunk since opening? There’s a great TB in Rocklin, well worth the drive for fellow Lincoln residents.

Horrible food. Cold food. Ordered steak burrito and they gave very little beef and it tough and cold. Tried ordering few more times just to give it another chance. Same problem. Cold food, tough meat and to make matters worse, the employees are unprofessional and rude

I have gone here three times now with lines of 4 – 5 cars, it’s always taken over a half an hour. Last time I went, we ordered a couple items without meat. We were charged extra for beans for all items, which is not typical of any taco bells I’ve been to aside from this one. When we got home, all of our items had beef. I contacted the company, as this location refused to refund me and only offered store credit. The company gave me two $ 5 gift cards with exclusions when my original meal was $ 20. You can’t even use them together. Such a ripoff for a huge company. Avoid this location and just drive to Roseville.

Although the drive-thru is a bit slow, I’ve found all the workers that work the drive-thru to be extremely nice! Kinda makes up for the long wait in my book:) Yesterday I had hardly any wait at all. Out of the 3x I’ve been here, orders have come out 100% accurate, even with special requests.

1st thought is all the people who stormed to Taco Bell and WAITED, I mean, it is still fricking Taco Bell. Thousands of them around! Goop in a tube. No reason to wait. Nothing as changed. Good for a good late night snack for sure. My 2nd thought was, FINALLY… Taco BELL… has come back… to…LINCOLN!
