Today I visited this Taco Bell and the people were very friendly and very helpful in helping me to decide on a vegan burrito. The burrito was wonderful and the service was very fast.

New building. Generous portions. Clean and speedy. Great Taco Bell flavor. Go for it. In front of Home Depot — access I’m and out is a bit tricky. We ate in, so can’t review the drive — thru. Enjoy.

I am not anti-​Taco Bell in the slightest. It is generally the cheapest «Mexican» food that you can buy, and usually tastes good even if it is no where near authtentic.
However, THIS particualr Taco Bell on N. 27h street is infamous in our family for having poor customer service. They are slow and not very helpful. So come for the taco’s, stay for the awful service!

I try to avoid fast food because of the poor service, but the day that I bit the bullet and went through this drive thru on my way out of town I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. The gal at the window was pleasant and courteous. I called right away to let the manager know, but wanted to post here as well.

This particular Taco Bell is known throughout the region as having horrible customer service especially in the drive thru. If you would like a second opinion refer to Craigs List rants and raves.
