This service is good and have been a long time subscriber. There are dead spots in Lincoln such as at 56th and Hwy2. But the price is very good, and phone availability is good. However, the customer service at this store has majorly gone down hill. They don’t greet you when you come in, you have to wait in line and they don’t monitor your queue, so it’s chaos. It’s virtually impossible to get someone to answer the phone if you call in. One particular female employee is exceptionally incompetent especially when it comes to phone operations and knowledge of service options. This store is often is disarray, the employees leave old drink containers out, garbages are overflowing, and there is an odd oder in the store, kind of musty? It wasn’t like this a couple years ago. But now I dread having to come into the store as the last 3 times I have been dissatisfied. I want to believe we can chalk this up to very bad current management and not an actual company issue. I hope. I want to continue this service.

Just walk in try to find iPhone 6plus. But they only have contract one. The service is good.

The sales manager at this store is AMAZING! We walked in there with a rather large discrepancy with our bill. This man took care of us with a smile on his face. He was extremely friendly. He even made sure we left happy. He not only explained to us why the charges were made(computer errors). He gave us a rather large discount. The discount was so generous, we are going to pay less this month than we are supposed to. They just wanted to make sure that we were happy. Now that is customer service. I have never gotten this good of customer service from a cellular company and I’ve been through them all.
