I have been a customer since 2009, the customer service I normally receive is horrible. They are not helpful and I am always informed that this is the way it is and there is nothing that we can do about it. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Dominic and at first he was the same as everyone else. I explained my situation and Dominic went out of his way to get the situation resolved. Which is a first for Verizon, so thank you Dominic for making it worth my time to call. So I give Dominic five stars for his customer service skills. Verizon is one of the top companies in the cell phone industry, but is seems to be about how much money can we make. When it should be about the customer, since we the customer allow them to make a profit. So I have unlimited data on my plan and Verizon is constantly trying to get me to change my plans, since they do not want anyone to have unlimited data. Verizon has informed me, that since I do not want to give up my unlimited data. I am being penalized and have been told that should I decide to upgrade my phone, I will have to pay full price for any phone I choose to upgrade to. Nowadays, the new phones run around $ 700.00 each. I pay Verizon almost $ 2000.00 dollars a year and I am expected to pay full price for a phone. That is not customer service and does Verizon want to keep me as a customer. I give Verizon a one star for not making the customer their number one priority. Evangelina Ford

Generally speaking this Verizon is pretty good. If you go during a busy time, you may have to wait a while and that is my biggest complaint. I try to go during«non-peak» hours. Generally speaking the sales people are all very friendly and easy to get along with. As for Verizon in generally, be prepared to pay for everything. Changing your phone? That’s a charge. Upgrade? That’s a charge. They will nickel and dime you to death. I don’t think that has anything to do with this particular store, but Verizon as a company.
