Tila Nails

Disappointing from start to finish. Came in for a pedicure and water was cold, the chair did massage but it was so faint that it was pointless, probably time to invest in new ones. They didn’t do anything to remove my calluses and the foot massage at the end could have been done by a 3 year old. I feel like just paid $ 17 to get my nails painted because that’s basically all they did.

The last shellac manicure I received from Tila Nails didn’t chip. I went in the other day, showed a picture to the nail tech and he did my nails exactly as I wanted them. I received great customer service at a fair price and went away absolutely pleased.

I have no idea why there are so many poor reviews of this shop. I have always been happy with the service, staff, cost and be way my nails look after visiting. I have taken visitors from out of town here as well and they have always wanted to go back. Even one family member hat gets her nails done normally in a large metropolitan city. The shop isn’t in the most stellar of locations and it is not fancy, however; it is well kept and functional.
I usually only get a pedicure here but have also done gel manicures on occasion. If I say I am in a hurry they have done both simultaneously. When my infant daughter was with my sister mom and I Judy played with her for 30 minutes (she asked to hold her) and took her around the shop. I have had a few nail techs here who’s English was not stellar but overall the staff communicates well. Overall this is my favorite place in Lincoln for nails.

Horrible service and VERY RUDE. I wanted her to shape my nail oval and she couldn’t even do it right. When she asked if I want a design I said OK. But I don’t like the color she suggested and she complained that I was picky. How could she complain before a customer? The full set I got doesn’t even last! It came off in a set of full ten piece after 2 weeks.
