I agree with the others about the owner. A friend and I both bought games the same week and after a 45 minute ride there and back… neither game would play. So I discussed it with the owners fiancé who said she would let him know and make it right. I drove 45 more minutes to go exchange and the owner was very rude from the get go. Right off the bat insinuating I didn’t buy it there then went on to insinuate I had put another disc in the cover! Never an apology… just very confrontational and rude. I will never go back and will never recommend this so called business to anyone. Go to gamestop and get the service customers should receive. I’d rather pay more!
