Awesome cycle shop! I purchased a pair of cycle shoes there about two years ago, and the customer service was AMAZING. He took his time to thoroughly explain how to wear/​use them and made sure they were comfortable. Last week, my clamp got stuck in a cycle at my gym. I brought them in to see if they could be repaired, fully expecting to pay for it, and he didn’t charge me a dime… two years after my purchase. That’s what customer service is all about! My son is a biker as well. This is the only place we’ll ever use. 5 STARS for this business!

Adequate and fair service. A little on the expensive side for my taste.

I can only (or barely) give this place 2 stars, though the quality of their work is good and pricing is very fair. The problem is their customer service is piss-​poor. I have been here a few times and it’s pretty consistent in service level. The father is hard to deal with, in attentive and becomes argumentative even if you’re just trying to GIVE them business! The son is a little more customer focuses but not enough to make up for the father’s poor attitude. And their timing is horrible. In my most recent visit I left my bike here for 5 days for them to check over and advise if anything is needed. When I came in to pick it up all they had done was air up the tires. not even given it a road test. I had to wait for them to fix things that should have been done 5 days earlier. I’ve given these guys enough chances and will look for another bike shop next time around.
