Service still blows, as usual. Decent for pickup orders but don’t bother staying there to eat. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my drink order, bartender told me he’d be right back. Ok, fine. Don’t make me wait another 10 minutes, then have a chat with your friends before you take the order. I didn’t stock around long enough to see when he’d get around to serving me.

1 star only because there was one great man who helped and one great woman! That was it. Our server was TERRIBLE. She did not bring our drinks or food or silverware or napkins. Undercover Boss def needs to check out this franchise location. Will never return.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you get Latoya as your waiter run for the hills. Your order will be all messed up and she will give you an attitude. But the wings are good when you finally get them that’s why I gave them one star.

I always get BWW love chicken wings, i dont know what is going on with this since they have become popular their service and care for costumers have slow down. Came here Fiancé and I we got seated, waitress never ever showed up 5mins, 10mins, 15mins passes us by. We got up and left i gave a complain to the manager, in this location they have young and uneducated people working here they are not professional. Went down to the Iselin location, same service was slow and wings were raw, manager came over and gave my fiancé a free order of chicken wings. Buffalo Wild Wings whats going on? Keep up the good service and good food that you had when you first came around the area. Have not been back ever since, rather go get TGIF Buffalo Wild Wings!

I’m a pretty understanding guest at restaurants. I get that it gets busy, sometimes you’re understaffed, you had a few difficult guests, or its your first day. But man… it had to be everyone’s first day here. I waited over 15 minutes at my table and did not got greeted by any server. So I figured maybe I would go greeted at the bar since no one came by. After waiting a least 10 minutes the bartender finally acknowledged me. It wasn’t slammed or super busy even though it was cinco de mayo. I got my food but never got my drinks or plates. I won’t be coming here again unless I have to use the bathroom. You shouldn’t go there unless it’s because you work there.

I tried giving this place another chance. The service sucks! We ordered the nachos which were… mehhhh. I’ve made better myself. My family ordered our food and the waiter messed up on my order. People make mistakes… I understand that. They took their sweet time getting my food out. My family wanted to wait to eat, but thank God that I made them eat! The food came out wayyyyy after they finished eating. At this point, I didn’t even want it anymore. Never again!

Visited this BWW on a Friday night. The waiter we had was amazing. He recommended some great apps and entrée. We had street tacos, and the house samplers. For the entrée we I had the chicken sandwich. Everything was good.

I was a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but the food this time was no good. I ordered chili con queso(which had a bunch of onions in it), mozzarella sticks(which were cold) and 10 wings half lemon pepper half chipotle bqq. There was barely any dry seasoning on my wings. Me and my fiancé arrived an hour before closing and the entire experience felt rushed. At 1:10 am we arrived and the bartender said that he already did last call. I knew that that wasn’t true so I questioned him about it and he made us or drinks and then made someone else that was sitting nearby a drink as well. At 1:30 we asked for another round and the bartender said he was unable to make them because they stop making drinks at 1:30. The bartenders should at least know when there establishment has last call. It was a very bizarre experience. I know if I’m looking for a late night meal and a couple of drinks to go with it this is not the place to dine. Maybe it’s better during the day but I sure won’t take another chance late at night.

Been here a few times. Will definitely say that you will get what you would expect from most Bww’s. A large draft beer selection, your signature wings of choice, and sadly subpar service. I always go the bar(as usual) and everytime I go there is a new bartender using the same excuse that they are new so the mistakes they make should be excused. I expect that the revolving door is a direct result of poor management. Anyway like I said if your in the area and want to grab some wings maybe a nice cold alcoholic beverage you mission can be accomplished here. However, I would suggest to stick to beer and wings because this is one of those places that venturing off the menu could result in dissatisfaction as well as with cocktails mainly because of the inexperienced bartenders. Would also add that the last call is at 1:30 a.m. due to the fact that they close at 2:00 a.m.

I’ve been here a few times. So far this is my preferred location. I have gotten great service each time and the wings are always great. I also tried the new rising sun and love it. Deff on the spicier side, but I love it. Food came out pretty fast and my children love the tablets and games on it.

I’ve been here a few times(varying days of the week) hoping that the service would improve. Unfortunately, the service is consistently awful. The staff is inattentive, orders are wrong, and the food comes out luke-warm at best. If you order anything other than the wings then the food is awful! Sorry, but I won’t be returning with my family any time soon.

I absolutely love coming here with my small group of friends! Usually very busy and have to wait a few minutes for a table but it’s generally worth it! The boneless Asian zing wings are my absolute favorite! It’s hard to even finish a small size so no need to worry that you won’t get full. The customer is also great! Every time I’ve gone there I’ve felt almost obligated to leave at least a $ 5 tip because of how nice and helpful the waiters are. They’re friendly and funny creating a great environment to just hang out eat and watch one of the million tv’s in that place! Definitely recommended to all my friends!

It was UFC Fight Night. They didn’t charge to watch the fight. I was in a group of six of my friends. We just finished a baby shower celebration our best friend. We thought Buffalo Wild Wing would be a good place to see the fight, we were wrong!!! We want a table close to the multiple television, we saw one but it was still dirty. They said they would clean it, it took them 15 minutes to clean. Then we SAT and look at the menu. When we’re ready we waited and waited. Then they took our order yeah! Then we waited I’m And waited Waited It was the service boxing

Standard Wednesday night — service was wonderful, our waiter was Jonathan and he was all-around fantastic! It’s so great to have a waiter that gets it — he provided great service, had a great smile and was happy to see you, he was very amicable, and even offered taste tests of the sauce that I was interested in and even offered to let us taste some beers before we ordered what we wanted! Ask for Jonathan, he is fricken great! As far as the food is concerned, I was very pleased. They got these wings down to a science! Yum, yum, yummy and straight up finger lickin good!

I’ve been to another Buffalo Wild Wings in New Jersey before and I had a good experience. The service was on point, the environment was fun(though a bit chaotic). I really enjoyed the food too. It was good gastropub fare, so when I walked into this branch I optimistically expected the same. When we entered it was early, right before the dinner rush and there were at least eight to ten tables empty. The bar was only about 40% full. It was fairly sedate. I figured we’d be seated in no time. When we asked for a table for two, the host seemed a bit lost. He peered down at his computer, then the floor, then back down. Trying to be helpful we told him if it was easier to sit in one of the tall tables in the bar area we were cool with that. He still was kind of confused. Eventually we were seated at a table in the bar area. We looked over the menu, debated what we’d get bounced around some ideas and finally decided on an appetizer and entrees. We put down our menus and looked around. And we waited. Then we waited some more. FOUR waitresses *and* the manager walked by us at different times and not one person noticed we had no water at our table and that were just kind of staring into space waiting for someone to say«Hi.». Two of the waitresses looked right at us, made annoyed faces and just kept moving. After several minutes I took out my phone, pulled up the stopwatch app and tapped the«Start» button and I told my girlfriend«When this hits five minutes, we’re leaving.» Four minutes and thirty seconds later a waitress stopped by and asked if anyone had been helping us. I told her no and she apologized profusely. Understand that one star of this review is purely for this waitress. I would later find out that this wasn’t even her area. She saw us looking kind of lost and decided to help us. All the other tables I saw her taking care of were in a totally different section. The other star is for the food, which was hot, fresh and very tasty. The boneless appetizer wings are great. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside and full of flavor. We’ve had the parmesan garlic and Caribbean Jerk seasoning. The Parmesan Garlic is very savory while the Jerk seasoning has a tad more of a kick. Their salads are very good too. We haven’t finished them in one sitting and always leave with leftovers. This branch of Buffalo Wild Wings is fairly new so I hope that in time they get a lot better service-wise. They’ve got the food nailed, the staff just needs better training.

I was really excited to try this somewhat new location in Linden. A bit annoying to get to, since you’ve gotta down Route 1 and wait a bit, but that’s not a BWW fault, of course. The location itself it great — a MONSTROUSTV above the bar, and many others throughout the place. It’s also two-tiered, which is GREAT. Really nice, fresh, and clean. My main issue with this BWW is that each order of wings we got came out lukewarm, some even cool. It was definitely a bummer to get this 2 out of 3 plates — hense my 3⁄5 rating. The flavors were good, but it doesn’t beat the 22 location for consistency. Can’t serve warm wings…

Visited this new BWW for Superbowl 2015. The place was PACKED! This is the first BWW i’ve been to that has a 2nd floor, infact this is the biggest BWW I’ve seen. I’m glad I had the sense to show ½ hour early before the game because there were alot of sour faces on those who had no place to stand. You can expect much from BWW. Its a sports bar staffed with young ppl, students and the like. But if you wanna come to enjoy a game and have some brewskii’s with your crew your in for a good time. Beer was ice cold and they have a good selection. I ordered a tall Modelo Especial on Tap. Because the place was completely overwhelmed with ppl on this big day I expected delays in the food but i do expect to receive food i order. Mozzarella sticks where were the appetizer did come instead the main entrée of Wings and nachos did. On Superbowl day they took 20 mins to come out. I told the waitress the sticks didn’t come to which she apologized and said she’d rush an order for us. The sticks did come about 15 mins later. The bartender said she was the only bartender staffed that night. That would be a very bad idea for the most watch sports event of the year. Lets hope the GM has more sense than that. She did have several bus boys behind the bar but she was the only one taking drink orders. Inside the design is very edgy and modern. Lots of metal, glass and brick. I’m digging the look. I think this place could be very good but they need more organization. Having one bartender at the bar on the big day is a lack of vision by management. They are new so I still see time Management can work out some of these issues.

Stay away from this place. First time at this location the place is packed with TVs very busy during sporting events come very early as to not wait for a table. The wing and beer selection is plenty. The floor manager Santiago was so rude to me and my friends we were waiting to order drinks at the bar and rudely approached us and said to leave if we don’t order drinks and after we told him we are waiting for our orders he confronted us and kept eyeing us. Which ruined the experience and the night. I will not be coming again to this Buffalo Wild Wings again and do not recommend coming to this place. The bartenders at the bar did provide us with good service. Mango habanero wings is really good for spicy lovers.

This place isn’t bad, good environment, nice server and the bartenders amazing, ask for virkinia she’s the best, now the manager Santiago, such a pest and rude person. Made is feel Very uncomfortable, asking us to purchase drink every few minutes when we had vwej ordering drinks and buying food for a while. Some of our friends even left the place because if his behavior. Not a pleasant way to end our night. Mind you this is the first time I have been to a buffalo wild wings not sure if I will be back to any of them.
