I used to use Willow Run about 15 years ago but left the area. I am now back and they are as reliable and delightful as ever. Jeff and his son could not be more accommodating and really understand dogs. Unlike other kennels I have used they have a very wide window of time to pick up or drop off your dog. Agree with previous review about everyone in the area discovering them!

Pros:
The owner, Jeff, is friendly and takes time to chat with you. That made me feel comfortable to leave my furry friend. The price was $ 13 per day, very reasonable. Charlie, my dog, had a open air and sheltered space. They fed him his own kibble, and when Jeff noticed Charlie didn’t like to eat from his bowl he got him a different bowl. When I picked up Charlie he seemed happy, not traumatized.
Cons:
I’m nervous to review this kennel because I want to hoard it for myself.
Summary:
This kennel is now Charlie’s home away from home.
