Aldi is an unusual store, Although it has a somewhat limited selection its much cheaper than any other local store. They have good produce and a nice range of organic products. There own brand of products is the same quality as anything else you would buy. Bring your own bags, or you can buy re-useable ones here.

My mom goes here every time to do food shopping. I can’t blame her because this place is excellent. All products have good quality and are at low prices. Can’t resist that.

Save money without loss of quality at Aldi. Limited choice of meats however price is excellent as is quality. Fruits and vegs same as supermarket but less expensive Weekly specials in gadgets for home are great. Their generic brands are just as good as name brand. Money back if not happy Check their app for details

If you are looking for a bargain on the same foods you buy at Pathmark, or Stop-in shop this is the place to be! There is a price to pay for being cheaper — have to remember to bring your own bags. pay .25 cents to use a cart(you get it back when you bring the cart back) and there is a limited selection. But the cheese and dairy section is great and an ample selection of fruits/vegetable Would recommend !

I’ve been to this new Aldi a few times. Despite their limited selection and a few other disadvantages I am still hooked. The best thing about it! It’s the CHEAPEST grocery store in the area. It’s not far from me so even though it’s an extra trip because now I have to visit two grocery stores for my Sunday shopping it’s worth it to find whatever I can in the store that’s on my list. Last week I got a bunch of Easter candy and half the items on my list for $ 65. You have to put a quarter in to use the shopping carts but once you return the cart you get your shopping cart back. I like this system because people will definitely put the carts back to retrieve their money and there’s no carts around the parking lot to ding your car. They also don’t have bags here which I approve of. I have my own tote bags in the car anyway and it’s less waste on the environment. So on these points I think other grocery stores should do the same and be like Aldi with the shopping carts and the bags. There’s a limited selection so if there’s certain brands you like you won’t find everything you need here and chances are you’ll have to make another trip to a different grocery store for remaining items on your list. What they do have in store is very cheap so it is worth going to! The store only accepts cash, debit cards or EBT benefit cards. Since my bank charges us $ 1.50 per debit purchase I have to make sure I have cash on hand to shop here with. So despite some downsides this store is worth shopping in for the cheap factor.

This brand new Aldi is finally open after many many months of construction. It’s located inside the same shopping center with LA Fitness, RiteAid, and Subway. This is not Costco or Stop n’ Shop folks — it’s more like a convenience store with random brands you’ve never heard of and it’s CHEAPCHEAPCHEAP. Cons: the produce section is very limited : No logical ordering of items per aisle : No bags to put groceries in(think Costco — just a cart, no plastic waste) : Only debit card or cash Pros: Convenient location in central of Lindenhurst : Plenty of parking : Inexpensive — go on their website for more coupons if you wish : Fast check-out *I would only go here for a quick grocery haul — no need to spend more than 15 minutes in Aldi — if you do, you’re doing something wrong /need to go back to Costco.
