Aqua Pool & Spa Pros

A great place. Used another place for many years until i found Aqua pool and spa. They have better prices and great service. I had a issue when i installed my pump. They sent someone out fixed a hose i installed wrong and didn’t charge me a dime. That’s great service. Thanks!

This place is kind of a joke. I was looking for a new spa and as always would prefer to buy local. (If comparable in price/​service). I had looked online and had a good idea of what I was interested in and what my budget would be.
When I walked in the door the entire place smelled like cat urine? No idea why. I was ignored for at least 10 minutes, which was «kind of» okay because it gave me time to look around.
They had «maybe» 7 or 8 hot tubs/​spas on display. Only two were filled. None of them really had the features I was looking for.
When the older gentleman was done ignoring me he was pleasant until I told him I had been looking online and explained what I was looking for. He quickly replied «Everything you are looking at online is made in China». Um– okay??? not really. If it works well and is within my budget I am okay with that. (as I explained) which seemed to really irritate him. Every single spa on display that was even REMOTELY close to what I wanted was at least LITERALLY twice the price I was looking at on line. (at Costco). He told me they were going on sale in a week. I asked if he know what the sale price would be and he quoted $ 500.00 off (so still almost twice as much)
I asked if I purchase a spa elsewhere if they do weekly or monthly water treatments? or installation?
his reply was «Nope. I have a crew of 8 trucks and they are booked solid» (as I look in the parking lot and there are about 6 of his 8 trucks there and it is 2 pm)
The attitude changed so much once I had said I looked elsewhere that it has deterred me from even buying chemicals there as I had for the past 5+years. I ended up going to the Great Escape and got exactly what I was looking for for the price I wanted to pay.
I guess it is sad that the little guys don’t always win, but with a bad attitude and no customer service it is hard to see how they possible could?

We bought our hot tub from another local dealer because they carried the brand name we wanted. However, that company’s customer service at the store was beyond terrible; their version of a water test was having me bring a sample in, they dipped a test strip in it, looked at it and said ‘you’re fine’, which wasn’t at all helpful or accurate. Then I stopped by Aqua Pool to discuss water issues I was having. Without even having sold me the tub they ran an extremely thorough water test, gave me advice, and never even tried to sell me on their products. Karol greets me by name every time I stop in, and I’m now a loyal customer. I recommend them to everyone I know who has either a pool or spa. Kudos for the great service.

Mike and his team at Aqua Pool & Spa Pros are amazing! They ALWAYS make sure that everything with our pool is perfect. The team is so friendly and helpful, whether it’s in the store of when they come to do our service. Aqua has been servicing my pool since 2004 and I don’t have any reason to try some other place. I always recommend them to anyone that wants perfection when it comes to their pool!

My husband and I recently moved into a house with a pool, and being first time pool owners really had no idea where to even start.
We started to use Aqua Pool & Spa Pros because the previous owner had them written down for who closed their pool-​so it was the easiest to just call them since they were already familiar with our pool.
But after we used them to open our pool (which they did a wonderful, quick job) and fixing issues with our heater (YOU ARE AWESOME MIKE!) we will be long time customers and use them for all pool related things.
We are also looking to buy a hot tub soon so we will probably use them as well. Would recommend to anyone.

We love Aqua pool and spa the employees are always happy so you know they work well together and are happy to help you we bought our pool and they installed it for us, never feel like they are trying to over sell me on any item we need. We had just enough money for the pool and install we really wanted a pool they helped us from start to finish we had no experience of owning a pool Larry had suggested we use a solar heater and cover it work great for us but when we are able we will get a gas heater from Aqua because we can trust they will guide us to the right choice. I have called with questions like one time we shocked with the solar cover on yea not pretty I called in a panic thinking I ruined our pool they helped us out of that mess so small or big they have the knowledge and skill to help you out!

We moved to the area three years ago and did mountains of research in hopes of finding an honest hard working crew to maintain our above ground pool. We had high hopes of finding a reputable, honest company to service our outdoor needs. What we encountered was lackluster, inconsistent work habits and overpriced billing. We chose to use our own pool chemicals and were told there would be a «service fee» if we did not buy directly from them. Word to the wise… shop around, there are plenty of much better pool service choices.

Aqua Pool and Spa has never let me down. Have always been so quick to help with phenomenal service. Went to bat for me after the pool heater broke due to a faulty issue with the manufacture. It was 6 months after the warranty and they were able to get it covered without any charge to me. Cannot say enough great things about their service and abilities. Cannot recommend enough.

New customer this summer. Old place was over selling me for years, this place is great. Friendly, helpful, my pool has never looked better. I will continue to buy my pool supplies from them for now on.

We have had our pool for seven years. Aqua Pool and Spa has provided excellent service from the beginning. They open and close our pool each year, provide repairs when needed and test the water and provide great advice. It’s been a breeze to maintain our pool with their assistance. Nice people.

They did a great job installing our pool heater. I wish I used them to install the pool.
