Pizza Hut

I literally showered when I got home after eating at this place. DIRTY! So nasty!!! Please hire someone to clean!!!

I would probably give this pizza Hut zero stars if I could. This is the 3^rd time they’ve come late delivering. One time they didn’t come AT ALL with no warning or heads up so I had to dispute the charge on my bank account. they are the worst!

This is my 3^rd time trying to allow this awful restaurant redeem itself. My food is never cooked to order, and is NEVER delivered on time. Ordering in store is super quick, but the food was horrible. I’m officially done with this location, possibly the entire chain as well. Save your time and money and go to Dominos or a real pizzeria just down the road.

Stay far far far away from this terrible place. I placed an order online for delivery, it took an hour said the website. I waited until 75 minutes to place my first call. I was told that I had 18 addresses with my number, which makes no sense, after arguing that, i was told the driver would be right there (keep that in mind) but that the person would call the driver then placed me on hold and never came back, forcing me to call again, when i was again told the driver was right there (this will come back) I at this point demanded some form of compensation and was again placed on hold to speak to the manager who eventually told me the driver was back at the store! I could hear the driver screaming in the background that he had called, which he had, but i didn’t pick up and he didn’t leave a msg, nor did he call the store and have them call me. I asked the manager if the driver had knocked and rang the doorbell, i was told that he had, which was incorrect unless the driver was invisible, because the door was open waiting for the pizza. The manager apologized and offered to have them remake the order, but by this time i was too uspet, because i didn’t feel like waiting another hour and a half. The staff are clearly lying and they just don’t care about the customers, as all the manager would do was defend the driver, she actually said they didn’t screw up, so i guess it’s my job to keep track of their incompetent drivers? Later she said they’d fix it, which is not possible in this situation. i urge anyone to never order from Pizza Hut, and especially this one, it could not possibly be more mismanaged.

i prefer pizza hut over dominos and papajohns. the papajohns in copiague closed down and dominos is pricy.
Sometimes you want to get a pie from an italian pizza place but if you’re not in the mood to drive over there then delivery is your next best option
I didn’t know pizza hut delivered until now so I’m glad i can order pizza hut instead of dominos.

No no no no no no no. The single most poorly managed restaurant.. Or.. Any business for that manner. So local we couldn’t help but go there and for what it is.. the food does it’s job. .I just wish the staff did their job. First problem was a few years ago. Husband ordered pizza for a football game on a Sunday afternoon. Waited an hour before calling looking for our delivery. We are 3 blocks away. Kid on phone tells us it will be another hour! !?? Now.. Fast food pizza is never my first choice and I definitely won’t wait two hours for it either. Worst part.. When my husband asked if he could pick it up the response was «yea.. It’s been ready». Wait.. So.. When you deliver my pizza two hours after ordering it.. It’s going to be two hours old? … Husband demanded to speak to general Mgr. Left his number. Never called us. I emailed company.. Never contacted us. awhile down the road we give it another shot. Sometimes crappy pizza sounds good. And cheap. .Big big mistake. Husband picks up pizza.. Because of course.. Hell if we’re waiting two hours again. 3 hours later.. At 1030 on a Sunday night the «manager» calls him on his cell phone telling him that we didn’t pay for our pizza? !?! Asked if we had a receipt? ! Are you f’n kidding me?? Yea.. Cause we walked in and stole an 11 dollar pizza. Hello.. The staff need to hand it over to you.. And if by chance the cashier didn’t take money for it. .ummm. that’s on the business and cashier.. Not the customer. Worst part. we DID pay. So rude and unprofessional. My husband told the kid to not call us again and hung up. What happened? Yup. he called back! What?!? After my second attempt to contact the company.. And heard nothing back.. We’re done. How does the company not care.

Every time i order for delivery they continously take 90+ minutes to deliver. Once waited 2 and half hours for delivery, then had to leave for work and they came a few minutes after i already left. Would not recommend getting a delivery from then unless you plan to eat your pizza 3 hours later.

This pizza hut is small. I thought it was a pizza hit express but it has a restaurant menu. Staff friendly and funny. Store is clean. Its pizza hit so u already know.
