Ordered Nacho BellGrande. Sat down to eat and the chips were as hard as rocks. Asked for another order with fresh chips and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. I asked why and was told she was busy. There’s 3 people working (2 of them standing around), no one behind me in line and no cars in the drive-thru. What the hell is she busy with. Ridiculous!

This Taco Bell is the most pleasant and efficient. Adam was so patient and friendly. There was another lady that brought out the food who had nothing but a big smile. My husband and I went inside to order to go and when we got home it was perfectly put together. It was refreshing to see everyone work so hard in there, coming from management, this is a great staff.

Okay, Its taco bell! Who doesn’t know what it tastes like. I must admit I have a strange draw to it. That said, the staff here is amazingly friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience in the 10 years (gulp!) that I’ve been visiting this location.
