This particular Arby’s ranks as fantastic!
The customer service is truly excellent!
The food is the same at all Arby’s, right? Not always true.
This Arby’s knows how to fix the sandwiches the right way even if it isn’t on the menu board.
I love the Super Roast Beef and have gotten quite a variety of ways that it has been prepared at other local Arby’s. This Arby’s always gets it right!

I had above average customer service here. The staff was incredibly friendly and they made sure we got exactly what we needed. I could see them actively cleaning the tables too so the restaurant itself was very well kept. Probably the best services I’ve gotten from a fast food establishment.
I was very satisfied with this experience and I go here every time I visit Pleasant Grove.

The only problem i have with this place is the food is a little too fresh, i know this sounds ridiculous but i don’t like food that just got done cooking ten seconds ago, even their legendary curly fries, you can tell they’re always fresh because they’re freaking lava hot! I DON’T want to wait when i eat Arby’s, and i always have to set it aside for like ten minutes so it doesn’t burn my mouth.

You can’t go wrong with Arby’s. Need sandwiches and chicken tenders are my favorite. Service was great and got my food fast. Arby’s has great food and I would highly recommend it.
