Pretty slow for not being busy at all. My biggest complaint is this: I wish the employees wore uniforms or even work shirts. It has a very unsanitary feel to it that the servers and other employees wear their street clothes.

The wait staff was kind and very friendly. The pizza, once it arrived, was also tasty. On the downside, the bread sticks were undercooked(raw dough on the inside) and our seating area near the salad bar was very unkempt. The cleanliness component was the biggest distraction. Things can become messy and it be the fault of a careless guest or an accident. Unfortunately, it took far too long for it to be cleaned up during what clearly wasn’t a busy dining time. Consequently, that was the scene of my immediate view for much of our stay. Not very appetizing…

Way, way over priced. Pizza is not good. Salad bar is hit and miss… sometimes wilted lettuce, sometimes not kept filled. Service is sub-par. They have screwed up my order numerous times. This applies to all Pizza Factories in Utah. I’ve been to all of them many times. You may ask why I go to here if I don’t like it? It’s a long story, but the summary is I don’t have to pay for the food when I go. I would never pay my own money to eat here.

I went here with my mom for lunch. We were not in any particular hurry other than we both eventually had to go back to work. The thing is though they sat us down and then didn’t even look our way for the next half an hour didn’t even come over to ask what drinks we wanted. We got up and left. As we were leaving we mentioned the problem to some of the staff and they told us they didn’t care. It was a very frustrating experience. Very dissatisfied.

The night I was there it was super busy, which I can understand. We waited about 30 – 40 minutes to get in and get a table. However that was just the beginning of our worries. We ordered some breadsticks and a pizza. The breadsticks arrived and unfortunately they were not cooked all the way through. The waitress was nice enough to bring us a new order of them at no charge. Unfortunately, the replacements were just as under-done as the first ones. To make matters worse, The pizza crust was the same way. Luckily the pizza was edible right up to the crust, but for a pizza place who totes that they have the best pizza around, you would think they would have someone who could operate the oven correctly and make sure that their baked goods were done before serving them. For the price, I was very disappointed, and i don’t think that I will be returning to this establishment.

Pizza is ok. But $ 16.91 a piece for a small pizza is highway robbery… never going back. I used to come here quite often but this time that’s just way OVERCHARGING people… For me and my brother it cost $ 45 for two small pizzas and drinks… geez

Wow… I will never return to this place again. The pizza gave me heartburn, it was I tiny pizza that cost nearly $ 20! Amazingly over priced. At least our server tried to make things right, but she cannot control the kitchen or the management. My wife’s pizza had the crust of a leather belt. I will say that the strawberry lemonade was good. My daughter’s fettuccine lacked taste and she didn’t eat more that 30% of it. All for the amazing cost of $ 60. Unbelievable really. You have been warned.

The pizza here doesn’t taste that great and mine was burnt after waiting 30 minutes for a small personal sized pizza. The breadsticks that are curled around a bamboo stick were not the«greatest thing» as my co-worker raved about but the one I had was all right. Service was slow, unattentive and for a place that was half empty for lunch, that’s not acceptable. Very plain restaurant with nothing spent on the aesthetic or décor. Gives one the impression that they are all about pushing families in and out the door and not creating a full experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Parking: 4 Ambiance: 2

The Chicken, Bacon Ranch pizza is the best around. Salad Bar is also good. Overall, things are a bit overpriced. BUT, be prepared to wait! Nothing drives me crazier than OPENTABLES and 30 minute waits. If they could figure out how to speed things up, it would be worth it. No rush to eat here.

We arrived about an hour before closing. By the time we were seated and our pizza arrived it was closing time, so we asked for a box and left. When we arrived home and bit into the pizza we discovered something hard… Turned out to be a wood chip. A dirty, disgusting wood chip about 1 ½″ x ½″ on the pizza. Never again.

Overrated, over priced! The pizza and everything else is flavorless. There are so many better places to go for good pizza and pasta. The only good thing is the salad bar and dessert cookie with icecream.

Awful food and mediocre service. Disappointed. We should’ve turned around and walked out when we walked in and the hostess was reading a book and didn’t stop reading just because we came in. Must’ve been a good book. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The place wasn’t busy at all. There were only three other tables being served by other servers. Our server needed a personality makeover. She was helpful suggesting a gluten free pizza for one person in our group. The breadsticks were delicious and hot but that was the best and only good thing about our meal. Our main dishes took so long to come out. None of our food was hot, in fact most was not even warm. The kids didn’t like the kids pizzas or the pasta or the alfredo sauce. We could tell that our food had been sitting for awhile under the warmer. For this place being so slow, we would expect to get hot food and good service, neither of which we received. The waitress added the 18% gratuity because we had a group of 8. We will not go back. There are just way too many other pizza places in the valley that have better food and service. I would suggest either Howie’s or our all time favorite Heaps Brick Oven in Provo. For take-out or delivery we like Papa Johns.

I really liked the lunch special that I got — pizza and salad bar, with a very nice strawberry lemonade.(Including real strawberries!) My co-workers’ food looked really good too. I also quite enjoyed the atmosphere of the place — a converted old house. The bathrooms could use some better maintenance though.

I think this place is alright little bit overrated by the people here in utah. However like I like its decent for the deep dish pizzas.

In my opinion their deep dish pizza is the best pizza in Utah. Their bread twists are also amazing as long as they aren’t over cooked.

They have a large pep with 4 breadsticks and 4 drinks for $ 25. Pretty good deal. The salad bar is also reasonable. Staff is usually very nice.

Just like Los Hermanos across the street except instead of mediocre Mexican food, it’s mediocre Italian food with one exception: the BBQ chicken pizza is really good. Like Los Hermanos, it’s run by a bunch of young students and service is often not so good. I still go here once in a while, but it’s not my favorite.

I’m from St George, where there are 3 pizza factories, and they do make a helluva good pie, and a great salad bar. I was hoping this would be a little taste of home. The pizza was as good as st george, but to be honest the place was dirty, and the salad bar didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, or filled. I’ll give it another chance, because my wife and I do like their pizza, but I really gotta wonder if that place could pass a health inspection. Geh, on second thought maybe I won’t give it another try. If you’re going to manage a restaurant, holy smokes… keep it clean.

My family and I love the Pizza Factory. Whether it is in St George in SLC or in Lindon, though to be honest I would rate the St George PF the highest. The food is great, the breadsticks are even better and their lemonades are awesome. These locations are family oriented that serve good pizza(definitely better than any take-out or delivery place by far). This location could use some TLC though. It seems to be running down a bit everytime we go and salad bar is very standard. If you want a good experience get a specialty pizza, a lemonade flavor and their breaksticks. Overall we love it and will continue to go there.
