Pizza Hut

I would give this joint a 0 but that isn’t an option. I called in to order a pizza because they are the only ones who’s accept checks and I was truly disappointed. I called twice and the employee answered but hung up on me. I heard them in the background being unprofessional swearing and what not. The second time a lady answered and I told her what had happened and she rudely interrupted me and asked me what I wanted and as I was telling her what had happened previously she hung up on me again. I was so appalled so I called again wanting to speak with a manager. I started telling her what had happened and she told me sorry that the employees didn’t mean to hang up on me that they were just really busy. Honestly that’s the most lousy excuse that I have ever heard. She didn’t seem like she was sorry at all but bluntly asked me again what I needed so I told her that I would like another pizza hut to deliver to my location. Unfortunately they are the only pizza hut that delivers in my area and she didn’t care to correct the problem. Instead of getting something to eat, I received shitty ass service from a company that I loved to order from. I have never experienced any service like this and to think that the manager there is getting paid more to let this crap continue is pretty upsetting. I would never trust these people to make anything for me and looking at the previous post I am so glad I didn’t.

I ordered a pizza last night and it was delivered as a big lump of cheese. The pizza was absolutely ruined and the delivery driver knew perfectly well that my pizza was messed up.
I called for a replacement and the same driver dropped off a new pizza to me while giving me a complete death stare. He didnt apologize at all, he didnt even say a word before he left.
Service was a –10 out of 10.
You lost a loyal customer last night.

I order from here ALL the time! Best pizza in town for sure. This is actually probably the best pizza hut I’ve had, and OMG their huge chocolate chip cookie thing is the size of a pizza and ridiculously fresh every single time, I’ve never had stale cold greasy flat pizza here EVER and half the time when you order pizza that’s what you’ll get. Unless you order here! ;)
