Placed order over phone with store manager. Was told tile was in stock in one of their other warehouses and would take 1 – 2 days to arrive. Contacted store the very next business day and advised would not need the order and was now told they do not refund or return and all orders placed are now «special order.» No contract written or verbal was ever made for no returns or a special order. Order is still at the distributor warehouse and not the merchants store. They even want me to pick it up at the distributor and not at the store. I have not received or accepted delivery of the product and they refuse to refund money. Buyer beware, poor customer service and follow up practices have been seen here.
