I spoke to a gentleman from FedEx and he said that I could come pick up my package that was undeliverable today. I told him that I would be able to drive to the center and pick it up, but wouldn’t be able to make it until close to 7:45. I arrived at the location at 7:44, ran up to the door to find that the door was locked. I waited and waited, when a lady came to the door to let someone else out and said, that they were closed. I told her that I had been waiting and that the door was locked early. She could care less. She turned her back to me and walked away. Unbelievably rude! I hope FedEx sees these comments and takes them seriously. And to the lady who came to the door: working on some manners might do you some good. Good night!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I dont tend to ship stuff– but they explained everything, took time to get me a box that fit my stuff *perfectly*. Ms. Dorsey was wonderful and really helped me out with a smile. I will ship here if I need to ship things in the future.

The staff here is efficient and fast. Be warned the office now closes an hour earlier than posted on the web site. I showed up at 755pm on a Thursday to find the lights of the office off and a note on the door that the hours of business had changed. One of the fed ex folks leaving the building noticed me and three other customers standing outside office and promptly helped us all get shipping supplies and to the right location to drop off for the final pick up at 845pm. He was a life saver!

I pick up overnight packages here often and the staff are friendly, quick, and well organized. They open at 830 and it’s always a guarantee that they have my package at that time and know where it is. I can’t say much about their other services but I’m satisfied. This place is always a good start to a morning and that’s why I keep coming back.

Probably the rudest staff of any place I’ve been in recent memory. I was trying to mail a package while in town and they were very rude to me because I wasn’t exactly sure which box I needed right when I walked in.

This FedEx facility is a wee bit out of the way for us — and everyone else who doesn’t live in the immediate area surrounding BWI. However, the staff is great. Need to arrange a late pick-up of your package because you weren’t home for the delivery attempt? No problem!
