When I started I payed $ 25 for my pass and was informed as long I didn’t lose it and return it when I leave I would be reimbursed the $ 25…well that’s not the case when I stopped in to cancel the membership the guy had an attitude and said no we stopped reimbursements… sure you did. New gym no card no attitude. Ps planet open 24hrs as well for $ 99 a year.

Super convenient location, low-key atmosphere, but the morning clique of women make it impossible to enjoy your workout with their constant yelling — over the TVs, over each other. Even with noise-cancelling headphones(bought specifically to drown them out), you can hear them when they get especially excited. They also use all of the elipticals. No one who comes in the morning lasts long. I’m sure this rude group drives patrons away, as it did my family. If you prefer to work out in the morning, find an alternate location. The afternoons are a better experience. The equipment needs a tune up.

I used to love this place back when I started with SNAP in Sept 2011. Once upon a time, they had three local locations. Now they’re down to this one place in Linthicum. For $ 40/month, it used to be a deal. I don’t feel that way anymore. The guy that runs it «Lamont» is great. However, the equipment is old and some is really in need of repair. The new owner fixed up the bathrooms but NOT any of the equipment. Now to the new members, WOW! The new members like to blast their music, partly undress around other members, throw paper towels all over the floor and drop weights. In fact it’s so bad the place next door complains. For $ 40/month, I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere.
