I came in simply because the volume button on my Samsung Galaxy S3 fell off. «Ok, I have it in stock, I’ll need 30 – 40 minutes to put it on. That’ll be $ 39.99.» WHAT??? How much is the part? «I can’t disclose that information.» Can I just buy the part? «$ 19.99.» Get bent, dude. I can buy it online for 50 cents from China. «Then why don’t you?» Because I don’t want to wait two weeks for shipping. But, I’d rather do that than spend two seconds more talking to you, Mr. Ripoff Artist.

Dr. Tech fixed my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini today! Most other places I called did not have the equipment to fix the mini or simply would not do it. Dr. Tech ordered the screen and it arrived in a couple of days. He fixed the screen on my phone in less than 30 minutes. He is very professional, nice and talented young man! I would recommend everyone to go to him for cell phone repairs! My screen looks great, is working great and I very satisfied! Oh and the best price I found!

I dropped my iPhone 5 over the wkend and checked out a few places. Not only was this place the cheapest, it was also the fastest and was able to explain what was going on w the phone and what needed fixing. Dropped it off before work and picked it up after work. Prompt service and top of the line work as my phone looks like new!

Had a great experience w/​a sorely needed LCD screen repair for my LG2 android. Shopped around to find the best price and Dr. Tech was by far the most price competitive in my area. Not only that but when my parts arrived I was notified right away to bring my phone in and as advertised the repair was quick and seamless. Phone now works like new. Great customer service and quality work. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repair.
